Swire Coca-Cola is looking for an experienced and driven candidate to take up the Solution Architect Manager, SAP Finance role in our Digital & IT Department.

He / She will be a member of the IT Finance Solution stream to perform project implementation and enhancement realization. He / She will focus mainly on ERP solutions but would also be responsible for affiliated project activities if necessary.

This role reports to the Project and Product Management Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project implementation and application for Finance Solutions (mainly in SAP ERP FI/CO solutions, Expenses Management Systems, and other Finance systems).
  • Perform system and functional design to cater business needs.
  • Liaise with development team to realize functional change in the system.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and update system process documentation, test script, key user training, blueprint and other project related documentation.
  • Conduct user training on system operations.
  • Perform project management on project / system enhancements.
  • Liaise with solution providers if necessary.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of project implementation or support experience in Finance related solutions.
  • Certified CPA or ACCA (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in Finance system configuration, general system design, development knowledge and prefer to have business knowledge in Finance field.
  • Design best practice based finance solutions in multinational corporation context.
  • Deep understanding of finance business integration, bank integration, tax and legal reporting standards in different countries/area like Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities and able to work independently and committed.
  • Able to travel occasionally.

  • Good command of both written Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project implementation or support experience on Finance-related solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed and able to work independently.
  • Flexible with occasional travel.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Implementing projects, analyzing business requirements, designing business processes, SAP system configuration, testing, training, and support during go-live
  • Translating user requirements into technical specifications
  • Analyzing business problems and providing technical advice

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • 5-10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full project cycles
  • Experience in requirements analysis, process design, system configuration, testing, and training
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • MM/SD Certification
  • Consulting experience preferred; in-house candidates considered

Reports to: Application Manager

Join Cathay as a Solution Lead in our Finance Solution Centre. You will manage advanced IT systems that streamline financial operations for our staff and enhance customer experience across our global network.

Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Finance Solution Centre, ensuring we meet our brand promise and drive organizational success with our financial teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-Project consulting support for initiatives and business process changes.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Finance.
  • Communicate business direction, challenges, and requirements; suggest viable improvements.
  • Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions, including SAP and non-SAP data extraction and modeling.
  • Translate user needs into business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct testing of SAP Finance solutions and maintain technical documentation.
  • Monitor the SAP Finance platform and resolve issues or bugs.
  • Manage vendors and stakeholders, QA deliverables, and address non-compliance issues.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by anticipating dependencies and impediments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of SAP Finance experience, including SAP S4/Hana - FICO, Banking, and Project System.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills.
  • Understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
