- Manage product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis across all production sites.
- Establish cost accounting processes for new facilities.

- Conduct on-site cost reviews to align financial insights with operational workflows.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Reporting & Compliance
- Deliver detailed cost reports and financial analyses to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to align cost strategies with business goals.
- Support inventory valuation and control for accurate financial reporting.
Team Leadership
- Lead the cost accounting team to ensure effective execution of cost-related activities.
- Mentor and develop team members to strengthen skills and performance.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CIMA finalist or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in cost accounting or FP&A, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Strong analytical abilities and solid commercial acumen.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; experience with QAD is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel periodically to Thailand and frequently to Dongguan.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.

- Matured, well organized, initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and sound business knowledge
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software and ERP system, QAD is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Travel to Thailand periodically and Dongguan frequently
- Immediate available is preferred
