What You'll Do

As a Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role throughout the
end-to-end ERP implementation cycle
, including:

• Leading and facilitating workshops to gather, analyze, and document customer business requirements.
• Designing and mapping client business processes, from "as-is" to optimized "to-be" models aligned with industry best practices.
• Configuring ERP applications to support Finance and Procurement business needs, adapting for localization and unique client requirements.
• Preparing functional design documents and collaborating with technical teams on integrations and automations.
• Supporting user acceptance testing and validating that the delivered solution meets client expectations.
• Managing risks, issues, and scope to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Building strong client relationships and guiding them through business process improvements.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to project knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience
  in ERP implementation, ideally with
  Oracle Fusion ERP
  or
  E-Business Suite
  (Finance and Procurement modules).
• Open to candidates with experience in other ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, NetSuite, etc.) who have strong functional knowledge.
• Solid understanding of
  financial and procurement processes
  and how ERP solutions enable them.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence customers and manage expectations effectively.
• A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new products and technologies.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant at Queue Associates, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through the selection, implementation, and operation of Business Central solutions, focusing on financial reporting, sales, purchasing, and warehouse management. You will also be involved in product demo and prospect requirements gathering as required. This role requires strong analytical skills, practical business insights, and exceptional communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution and Support:

• Collaborate with Senior Consultants to plan, organize, and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, ensuring alignment with clients' needs.

• Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and assist with Microsoft Dynamics NAV support as needed.

• Client Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct assessments of clients' business requirements through process flow workshops, interviews, and reports.

• Identify challenges and potential weaknesses within clients' systems and processes, conduct root-cause analyses, and craft actionable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical and Functional Expertise:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with industry-standard business practices.

• Solid understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, and technical architecture.

• Business Intelligence and Analytics:

• Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting, and analytics, with a strong aptitude for data interpretation and problem-solving.

• Communication and Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (native level) and Cantonese, with strong oral and written communication skills suited to engaging C-level executives and public groups.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Professional Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Educational Background and Certifications:

My client, a Microsoft partner in Hong Kong, is seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRM solutions to enterprise clients across various industries, including retail, finance, and public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.) using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide pre-sales support including solution demos, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.

Requirements
