We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Lifecycle Management Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Guide internal stakeholders in identifying and documenting the information required to satisfy the Bank’s Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence policies and processes
- Execute and review negative media alerts, and performs sanction & Political exposed person screening
- Check/identify for discrepancies between the information held in the customer’s documentation and profile on the system
- Review and validate the quality of the due diligence and KYC information on the bank’s customers, in line with HSBC policies at on boarding and periodic reviews
- Work with the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Advisor when additional guidance on CDD policy is required
- Drive sustainable growth. Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve efficiency in the workflow
- Make considered decisions with factual and coherent recommendations, benefits and implications
- Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed, and take accountability for following through on outstanding issues raised within the Client Lifecycle
- Management (CLM) team to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of service
To be successful you will need
- Strong working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), regulatory compliance and controls within the banking and financial services industry
- To understand the connection between the financial services industry, the regulatory environment and their business function, and assists in passing on their practical knowledge to their colleagues
- Strong teamwork initiative
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
- Strong English fluency and written skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

- Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Lifecycle Management strategy tailored to the insurance business.
- Work with digital and manned channel team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, recapturing, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize customer value.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of CLCM initiatives.
- Align CLCM strategies with overall business objectives and KPIs.
- Customer Insights and Segmentation
- Analyze customer data to identify behavioral patterns, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop segmentation strategies to create personalized and targeted customer journeys.
- Use insights to design customer centric initiatives and journeys.
- Proactively address risks associated with customer data handling and communication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product teams, channel teams, marketing team and analytic team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships across functional teams to drive customer-first initiatives.
- Stay closely with legal, compliance and risk team to keep up standards and ensure the compliance to regulatory requirement.
- Proven experience in insurance products, markets, and customer behavior.
- Expertise in data analytics, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, digital tools, and marketing automation solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering data-driven results.
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

What you'll do:
- Lead a team of product managers working on our core Consumer Platform products that make Klook the preferred app to discover and purchase experiences and related products for their travel
- Drive customer growth and engagement by turning every customer interactions with the Klook App moments of Joy
- Work closely and influence cross-vertical product teams to ensure that the end to end customer experience is optimal
- Monitor product metrics, identify opportunities, and optimize functionality
- Conduct quarterly and annual strategy and planning process for App user domain
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to share performances and roadmap
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Business level or above fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Passion for travel and a deep empathy for our customers around the world

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance on investment products, including fund, bond and structured products
- Provide appropriate and timely advice to senior management on product development strategy under different market situations and customer demand
- Explore for appropriate new products from the market and make recommendation with detailed analysis
- Responsible for enhancing relevant selling process, systems, etc. and closely communicating with relevant parties to comply with the regulatory and compliance requirements
- Provide timely market and product update and sales ideas to frontline sales staff to drive the business, as well as training materials and procedural manuals to educate staff of the latest regulatory and compliance requirements
- Handle daily job tasks strictly in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and procedural manuals
- Undertake ad hoc assignment, reporting or other special business project as assigned
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions, previous experience in product management will be an advantage
- Strong marketing sense and familiar with investment products
- Creative, initiative with good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
