- Manage all user's requirement capture, system testing, deployment;
- Manage Vendor and Procurement;
- Prepare documentation in the development cycle;
- Define application problem by conferring with software house, internal departments, evaluate procedures and processes;
- Control solutions by establishing specifications, coordinate production with vendors and programmers;
- Validate results by testing programs;
- Provide technical support and training to all internal users;
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications, maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations;

Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 2 years relevant working experience; fresh graduates are also welcome;
- Over 1-2 years' experience in business application project management;
- Experience in system development of POS and ERP in retailing, FMCG or F&B industry is an advantage;
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools, change and process is an advantage;
- Experience with E-Commerce and EDI is an advantage;
- Experience with PL/SQL, MSSQL Server, and Oracle Database in Linux Platform is a must;
- Experience with Oracle database administration, trouble shooting and performance tuning is an advantage;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill;
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Japanese N1 will be an advantage;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer - System.
