- Formulate, execute and manage result-driven product marketing activities for BOCHK personal banking, develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
- Lead and execute thematic marketing campaigns and events for retail banking products, including FX, insurance, payroll, and deposits, to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and content plan.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate insightful reports to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize resources, and maximize customer engagement, sales, and revenue growth.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and the optimal allocation of funds for all sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of solid experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in digital and social media marketing, with a solid understanding of relevant technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in copywriting and editing
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design trends and brand storytelling

- Monitor and review the set up, maintenance and updates of the processing systems and operating procedures of the section
- Implement operations policies and procedures of the section to ensure they are carried out in proper manner and are strictly followed by branches and the staff in the section
- Assist Department Head to handle personnel functions including hiring and training to ensure the smooth running of the Department
- Co-ordinate with Transaction Processing Centre Head to maintain a good operational control and branch activities
- Work with Retail Banking Product Team to advise on new products operational design
- Provide operations support to AML Compliance Officer on AML activities and new account opening
- University graduate or equivalent academic achievement
- At least 8-10 years corporate banking experience of which 6-8 years are in operations management position
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products/ services and their operational activities
- Knowledge of the regulations and procedures of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Ltd (HKICL) and CCASS from the Hong Kong Security Clearing Co (HKSCC)
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent managerial and planning skills
- Initiative, systematic, active and energetic
- Good communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

Responsibilities
- Formulate, review and update the bank-wide credit policies, procedure and guidelines in line with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group’s standard
- Monitor the implementation of rectifications and enhancement measures related to credit risk management
- Review gap analysis in relation to the latest regulatory requirements
- Provide review and assessment in new product/ product change
- Perform periodic/ ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years’ relevant banking experience
- Good knowledge in credit risk management and Supervisory Policy Manual
- Good writing skills and people management skills
- Strong self-motivation with good business sense, risk management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
- Formulate, review and update the bank-wide credit policies, procedure and guidelines in line with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group’s standard
- Monitor the implementation of rectifications and enhancement measures related to credit risk management
- Review gap analysis in relation to the latest regulatory requirements
- Provide review and assessment in new product/ product change
- Perform periodic/ ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- 3-5 years’ relevant banking experience
- Good knowledge in credit risk management and Supervisory Policy Manual
- Good writing skills and people management skills
- Strong self-motivation with good business sense, risk management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
