• Operating existing production network security environments such as firewalls, SASE, CASB, Proxy etc.

• Treating security as a business enabler.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience network engineering and/or security
• Strong multi-vendor firewall background with exposure to modern network solutions like SASE, CASB, Proxies, L7 rule adoption.
• Good understanding of systems, networking and security engineering concepts.
• Good understanding of major network protocols in various layers
• Experience protecting and safeguarding data and assets on the network level.
• Experience with packet decoding and analysis tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark.
• Advantageous, but not essential:

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will oversee various network and security infrastructure including firewall management, proxy management, VPN management, Anti-DDoS management, and the management of routers, switches, load balancers, monitoring tools, PAM solutions, vulnerability scanning, endpoint data loss protection, DNS and certification management to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our network.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network security operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall, proxy, VPN, Anti-DDoS, router, switch, load balancer, monitoring tool, PAM, vulnerability scanning, endpoint data loss protection, DNS, and certification management technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP/CCIE, Security, PCNSE, CyberArk, Tenable, Qualys, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in large scale network infrastructure / technology including TCP/ IP, TACACS+/ Radius, OSPF and BGP.

• To handle project provisioning & project restoration on different Network Security solution, likes NAC, WAF, SIEM, EDR & Firewall infrastructure solutions
• To provide technical consultancy services to customer
• To assist / prepare demonstration on security solution to customer

The Person:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines

• Configure and manage network security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), network detection and response (NDR) appliances, network taps, network threat analysis (NTA) brokers, network packet brokers (NPBs), and SSL decryption technology, for data center projects.
• Integrate newly implemented network security infrastructure with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure effective threat detection and incident response.
• Develop standard operating procedures and technical guidelines, and contribute to process and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to address technical support and change management issues.
• Create project documentation, test plans, and briefings, and coordinate disaster recovery (DR) drills and user acceptance testing (UAT).
