Job Duties:
- Act as focal point to collect & analyze first-hand worldwide events & daily main news to co-workers
- Manage and monitor electronic security system to deter and protect against all hidden threats to ensure the efficient working of the Security Operation Centre (SOC)
- Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions including maintenance of daily logs
- Timely inform relevant department(s) on lost & found, fire alarm, office maintenance cases, etc.
- Responsible for emergency/enquires from Asia Pacific region and co-workers

Requirements:
- Tertiary education with 1-2 years' of mass media or customer services experience preferred
- Holder of valid SPP, QAS, licensed first-aider will be an advantage
- Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, diligent and able to work under pressure
- Working Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per shift per day

Job responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to the APAC Securities Services business
