薪酬:

北角私人屋苑 - $18,200元 (9小時工作)

職務:

執行日常之住宅物業管理工作,包括巡樓、站崗、監察清潔狀況、執行物業保安措施、記錄設置損毀狀況及處理投訴;

遇緊急事件時,能適當處理及通知上司,並儘速匯報事件經過及結果。

資歷:

能操流利粵語,書寫簡單的中文報告;

一年以上相關工作經驗;

持有效保安人員許可證(SPP)及認可機構之保安人員訓練証書(QAS證書)。
