About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Security Department in Hong Kong, the Security Officer is responsible for completing responsibilities for performing all post duties and assignments strictly. The Security Officer reports to the Security Manager.

As Security Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform Hotel security daily duties such as access control, regular patrol and incident handling
  • Monitor CCTV, Perimeter-Alarm System, and Fire Life Safety System
  • Perform daily administration of hotel's key control program
  • Perform the lobby duty
  • Respond to all accidents and assist guests / staff during emergency situations
  • Protect and safeguard all guests and staff, their belongings and all hotel assets

  • Form 5 or above
