Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to overseas finance teams in daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of the overseas finance teams’ reports submission to ensure adherence to accounting standards, group policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports, contributing to the overall financial reporting process.
- Contribute to the year-end audit process, preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Support finance-related projects, applying financial expertise to improve processes and systems within the finance function.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments and projects, support the finance team in achieving its objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, with foundational knowledge in accounting practices and financial reporting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 experience or a role focused on financial reporting.
- Pursuit of a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is advantageous, reflecting a commitment to professional growth.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite), enabling efficient financial analysis and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate financial information effectively.

Job Description
- General ledger to source reconciliation, and work along with other team members on financial accounting and controls duties;
- Month-end closing, preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules for posting to ledger;
- Ensure proper reconciliation of inter-companies accounts with affiliates and to investigate any discrepancies noted;
- Analyze material variance on the financial results in the course of month-end closing process, and provide input to team members for explaining the variance;
- Prepare schedules and reporting package to fulfil group reporting requirements;
- Preparation of financial disclosure and annual reports and other financial disclosure
- Support internal and external audits and review of financial statements
- Participate in Finance projects to take initiative on driving changes in workflow and processes
- Prepare HKMA regulatory returns and provide inputs for other returns if necessary
- Participate into banking return automation and various system enhancement projects
- Perform assessment on the regulatory reporting treatment for current / new products and business
- Bachelor degree holder, preferred with major in Accounting, Finance and Business Administrations;
- Qualified accountant preferred;
- With three to five years work experience in financial institutions or banks audit at CPA firms
- Growth mindset to aim at development personally and contribute to the team
- Ability to work under pressures and multi-tasking
- Attentive to details and accuracy and drive for process efficiency

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Director/Senior Account Manager to join our team. - Lead and manage the day-to-day relationship with a few travel/tech clients, covering APAC-wide digital media activities.
- Support a few hotel/travel clients with Chinese organic social content creation or proofreading (ie.WeChat articles and Rednote posts) . Collaborate closely with internal teams (copywriters, visual designers, media planners) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage client communication, including regular WIP calls, status updates, and performance reports.
- Prepare project-related documentation, including budgets, costing trackers, timelines, research decks, and presentations.
- Provide clients with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Confidently lead client conversations and presentations in English.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts and new business development.
- Support the General Manager in other areas of business development and project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital media management within a 4A agency or a well-known social media agency.
- A degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and Business.
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent English proficiency is preferred, including strong writing skills in both languages for social media content creation.
- Demonstrated project management skills in both Chinese and English, including budgeting, timeline management, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Understanding of the China and/or APAC media landscape and digital marketing trends is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and proactively solve problems. Have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Be able to think critically.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in leading client interactions and providing recommendations or pushing back requests.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills are a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Have knowledge of current industry trends, understand the importance of strategy and audience insights, with a general knowledge of the changing digital landscape.
- Curious about clients' business and wider economic and industry trends is desirable; passion and fluency in everything digital is an advantage.
- Enjoys working in a multi-cultural working environment and handling communications with overseas offices.
- Working experience in a multicultural background on regional clients would be an advantage.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity is highly preferred.

Role Requirements:
The Senior/Account Executive will work as part of the global client team, primarily managing and delivering multiple global events for an international brand. A background in sports marketing and partnerships, ideally with experience in major events and global brands, is preferred.
The Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior/Account Executive to be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day management of a global client’s portfolio of events across multiple markets.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand, identify, and empathize with client requirements, responding with appropriate solutions.
- Support the planning, activation, and evaluation of all partnerships within the client’s sports partnership portfolio.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach to campaign and activation development and delivery.
- Assist the Account Manager and Account Director with critical path planning, project management, client relations, delivery, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to source and synthesize information from various sources.
- Quickly absorb and understand the client’s business, industry, and specific challenges.
- Understand the relevance and impact of culture, sports, and other partnerships in business contexts.
- Stay updated on cultural partnership landscapes and industry trends.
- Support the team in drafting client proposals, planning documents, and campaign reports with clear insights.
- Lead recording and tracking of client meetings and project status updates.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as financial processing, meeting scheduling, and team events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 6 months relevant experience
- Problem-solving skills, both independently and in teams
- Knowledge of sports and sports partnerships
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
