Your Role
You will deliver professional claims management services to clients by managing a portfolio of claims from investigation to settlement:

- Conduct case investigations (desk top and site investigations with interview / statement taking)
- Analyze and advise on insurance policy liability
- Prepare investigation reports and regular claims reports to insurers
- Participate in claims settlement negotiations with policyholders, claimants and any related parties
- Accept other tasks assigned by your supervisor
As a team player, you will take instructions and work independently on designated adjusting support tasks, working to timelines as required, but predominantly working with and under the guidance of senior team members.
