Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, taking accountability for sales performance.
• Warmly welcome every client and provide the best customer experience.
• Provide professional advice to clients across the brand and all product categories.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty.
• Actively participate as a team member in all activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' working experience in fashion / luxury industry
• Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Style Advisor

• Develop and grow the AUM on the platform through sales and client relationship management;
• Acquire new customers and identify business opportunities by conducting thorough KYC and understanding clients' financial situations and expectations;

• Strong knowledge of investment, insurance products, and financial markets;
• Qualified for registration as a Securities Intermediary (Relevant Individual) and Insurance Intermediary (Technical Representative of Insurance Agent);
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in developing customer relationships;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in local medical community
• Support clinical development initiatives including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and presentation of final approved data
