We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to execute and support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on email marketing, SMS/WhatsApp marketing, and on-site merchandising. As the BI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying the reports, dashboards, and data processes that support critical regulatory and operational functions, making a tangible impact on the organization's mission.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining the full spectrum of BI solutions.

  • Develop End-to-End BI Solutions:
    You will take charge of designing and deploying cutting-edge Business Intelligence solutions, including creating interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI, building robust ETL processes using SSIS, and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase new capabilities.
  • Engage with Stakeholders:
    You will collaborate closely with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their data challenges, and translate complex needs into effective and intuitive analytics solutions.
  • Ensure Documentation Integrity:
    Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all BI reports, data models, and ETL workflows, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and maintainability for the team.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a seasoned BI professional with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A university degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of
    3 years
    of substantial, hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics role.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry or regulatory environments would be a distinct advantage.

Your BI & Data Skillset:

  • Microsoft BI Stack:
    Proven expertise in developing solutions with
    Microsoft Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
  • Advanced Excel:
    Strong skills in
    Excel Power Query
    and
    Power Pivot
    for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • ETL & Database:
    Solid experience designing ETL processes and working with tools like
    C#/.NET
    . You must be proficient in writing and optimizing complex
    SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
    .
  • Data Modelling:
    A strong grasp of data modelling principles, particularly
    dimensional data modelling concepts
    .
  • Database Versatility:
    Familiarity with
    Oracle PL/SQL
    development and performance tuning is highly desirable.
  • Broad Technical Knowledge (Bonus):
    Exposure to other development stacks such as
    Java, Spring Boot, or ReactJS
    would be a plus.
