Responsibilities

The Art Director (AD)—at Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior level—collaborates with the Art team in generating and executing creative concepts from idea to design through finished product. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Art Direction & Creative Execution
- Participate in the creation of initial layouts and well-designed materials while maintaining quality control, agency process, and client referencing and legal requirements.
- Lead or support the development of creative and effective advertising concepts from ideation through final execution.
- Create layout sketches and/or digital formats that complement the tone and style of copy.
- Analyze and interpret data from clinical studies, presentations, and published papers to identify design opportunities aligned with strategy.
- Ensure designs meet audience needs and reflect appropriate creative styles.
- Adhere to legal, medical, and regulatory pharma and brand guidelines, as well as client-specific rules.
- Approve CAD proofs, press proofs, and other supplied services; prepare color break dummies for release.
- Maintain quality control across all phases of campaign execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management teams.

EDUCATION

- Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered for the role of Associate Art Director.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience may be considered for Art Director.
- Candidates with 4+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership may be considered for Senior Art Director.
- Knowledge of AI and its practical applications in creative workflows is a plus.
