TMF Group is currently looking for Associate to join our HR & Payroll Services Team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain each Client file which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
2. Performs End to End payroll with medium complexity, including:-
a. data input in payroll system
b. monthly payroll calculations,
c. final payment calculation,
d. employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.),
g. monitoring fund request and receipt by deadlines,
h. cash summary.
3. Perform statutory submissions: Preparation of Employer’s Tax Return and Monthly Pension submission.
4. Adherence to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.
5. Ensure client are invoiced correctly and timely.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in any field of study preferably in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in HR/ Payroll, relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing will be an advantage.
- Has experience handling client escalations, complaints & problem solving.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person
- Fresh Graduate is welcomed.
- With intern experience in HR/ Payroll / Audit, relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing will be an advantage.

Job Description And Responsibilities
IBKR is seeking exceptional individuals to join its fast-growing APAC Institutional Services group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to IBKR’s institutional and enterprise clients including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers. Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat
- Take ownership of and escalate/report issues to the relevant stakeholders across various departments and regions

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management Business Management team. This role sits within the Middle Office function and plays a pivotal role in regulatory-facing projects, business enablement, and operational governance. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of SFC regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and end-to-end business process formulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate internal business flows and operational models to ensure readiness for new product types, license uplift, or platform expansions in alignment with regulatory expectations and licensing regime
- Ensure on-going compliance on relevant regulatory regime, formulate policies and procedures for front-line sales operation
- Oversee implementation of sales processes and procedures to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements include but not limit to trading documentations, pre/post-trade control, selling compliance, suitability assessment
- Participate in new initiatives and projects include but not limit to trading platform/systems/digital channel development and enhancement
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Finance, business, or related discipline
- With relevant experience in business management, regulatory advisory within a licensed financial institution or regulator is ideal but not a must
- Experience working with licensing matters, operational policy design, or regulator communication is a strong advantage
- Proactive mindset, strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, experience in VBA is an advantage
- Fluent Cantonese and English. Spoken Mandarin a major plus

The Senior Associate / Associate leverages experience and independent judgement to bring forward a detailed and thorough market strategy for Korn Ferry Search clients. The Senior Associate / Associate will be accountable for support of key strategic activities supporting their market or industry and work to achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction, demonstrating the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity. The successful individual will maintain strong and effective relationships with key leaders across the Region and exercise independent judgement in their work while remaining closely connected to business activity and market trends that impact our ability to attract talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Planning
- Supports a practice, Senior Client Partner and/or Managing Associate by generating a go-to-market strategy, including industry, company, and candidate ideas
- Build market data and insights to win the Search project and assists with the pitch preparation and documentation.
- Apply discretion especially in environmental protection and sustainability field, and conduct thorough research to navigate key companies and build encompassing candidate lists which accurately reflect client profile
- Partners with the search team to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches
- Attends the client kick off call to present data and insights
- Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against target outcomes
- Effectively present key research findings to internal KF team members
- Prepare and present progress and candidate reports to client
- Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
- Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database
Candidate Experience
- Provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants and candidates interacting with KF
- Effectively conducts interviews and assesses candidates, using discretion to determine candidate fit with client requirements and competencies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

IBKR is seeking exceptional individuals to join its fast-growing APAC Institutional Services group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to IBKR’s institutional and enterprise clients including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers. Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat
- Take ownership of and escalate/report issues to the relevant stakeholders across various departments and regions
