Responsibilities- Perform market research on upcoming fashion trends.

- Coordinate stock allocation with shops and warehouse for smooth replenishment.
- Collaborate with operations, visual merchandising, and other teams to maximize sales.
- Maintain partnerships with suppliers.
- Degree holder or above.
- At least 6 years of experience in apparel or footwear buying.
- Experience in branded merchandise buying, store replenishment, and product management.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Buyer role.
- 5-day work week, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.
- Up to 16 days of annual leave.

About the role
This opportunity is more than a buying role; it is a platform for growth, learning, and a global perspective. Based in Hong Kong, you will manage and develop supplier relationships across the Asian markets, forming a key part of the global buying team. This role combines commercial acumen, market insight, and strong supplier engagement with the ability to leverage technology and data to drive performance and efficiency.

Ambassadorship for FINE+RARE will be key, building important direct relationships, but also in a wider context and when penetrating new markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Asian-based supplier networks. Grow sourcing for this market with specific allocations through existing and new suppliers, manage pricing and sourcing opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teams (buying, brand, sales, logistics).
- Support and lead campaign planning, including En Primeur, promotional launches, and supplier-led opportunities.
- Leverage internal systems and tools to manage offers, track supplier performance, and analyse product lifecycle data.
- Ensure timely and structured communication of offers, pricing, and content across teams using the company’s digital platforms.
- Extract and interpret data from internal systems to assess supplier performance, inform buying decisions, and identify growth or margin opportunities.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to align supplier content with commercial campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Organise and attend supplier tastings, buying trips, and client visits to deepen engagement and spot new opportunities.
- Stay current on market and competitor activity to proactively identify sourcing or margin opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in wine buying and supplier relationship management.
- Strong understanding of fine wine market dynamics and commercial performance indicators.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Highly proficient with digital systems and Excel. Experience with buying platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and managing supplier relationships.
- Educated to WSET diploma (Level 3/4) or studying towards.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, as well as Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Fluency in French is a strong advantage.

- Computer proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in English both upwards to Senior Management and laterally to business partners both internal and external
- Remain driven when faced with challenging trading positions and/or directives from senior management
- To demonstrate an ability to operate independently within set business goals, working closely with senior business partners

- 3+ years retail merchandising buying related experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify commercial opportunities based on analysis produced
- Highly organized and the ability to prioritize team work schedule based on broader business requirements
- Curious, willing to develop and solution-oriented
- Computer proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in English both upwards to Senior Management and laterally to business partners both internal and external

Position overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Media Buyer to join our growing team. As a Media Buyer at Mediasurfer, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media campaigns that drive results for our clients. You will work closely with our client team managers and internal teams to create effective media strategies and ensure the successful execution of campaigns across various platforms.
Key responsibilities:- Campaign strategy and planning specifically in mobile ad networks and platforms
- Vendor and platform management
- Budget management
- Media buying and optimization
- At least 3 years of experience in mobile performance agency running campaigns with similar profile: Ecommerce, Finance, Entertainment.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution flow (How does MMP work, what is the specifics of SKAN attribution, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and tools such as: Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch (and other MMPs).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
