What It's About

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support the team to develop and manage relationships with existing and new Private Wealth partners such as global/regional/local banks and asset managers across relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in strategic distribution projects and product initiatives, coordinating day-to-day interactions across open-ended and closed-ended funds, including wholesale activities such as study sessions to advisors.
  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates, including translations of English materials into Chinese
  • Map out the investor landscape, plan and undertake regular cold call campaigns
  • Develop proficiency to assist with queries about the full range of Partners Group's solutions to partner organizations including operational and regulatory features of a product/project
  • Working closely with Partners Group's private wealth teams across a number of areas including portfolio solutions, structuring and marketing.
  • Become proficient in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Research key competitors' offerings and know how to assist in positioning Partners Group's solutions
  • Be involved in client onboarding, including CDD and KYC

What We Expect

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong interest in building a career within the private wealth/private equity industry, preferably have 3+ years of relevant experience. For this position we are looking for someone who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization and someone who possesses strong networking & organization skills.

The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA, Master's and/or CFA beneficial) with strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics or a relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in asset management industry) in business development, consulting, sales & marketing, relationship management
  • Ability to demonstrate passion for private markets/private wealth, entrepreneurship, and collaboration through relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with alternatives with a focus on open-ended evergreen funds, mutual funds and close-ended products would be a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a polished, professional manner
  • Attention to detail, extremely organized, and commitment to excellence. Able to problem solve with a client-focused mindset
  • Responsive and willing to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
  • Proficiency in business English and Mandarin – both written and verbal

The Senior Professional will lead a robust Social Sustainability Assessment Program to help ensure human rights due diligence and to drive continuous improvement on working condition for supply chain and to assure the quality work and develop capacity building activities for social compliance assessors and Management Action Plan(MAP) service providers. The Senior Professional will also provide clerical, research, analytical and administrative support in the assigned regions and will directly work with sourcing team, suppliers, agents, and licensors/licensees to support supply chain sustainability performance targets monitoring and tracking.
**Your Impact**
**Assessment Program Management** :
+ Partner with the social and labor team to develop the assessment strategy and optimize the assessment program including but not limited to UA own assessment protocol (UASATR), Social Labor Convergency Program (SLCP verification), Fair Labor Association assessment, Better Work Assessment
+ Schedule, track and communicate with third party audit firms on different types of social assessments throughout the supply chain
+ Manage the third-party auditing firms and audit quality control
**Remediation and Capability Building** :
+ Oversee the service providers to manage the MAP/remediation process and ensure that all issues identified in MAPs are closed out timely
+ Drive social sustainability issues' remediation by advising on recommendations, negotiating timeframes, sharing experiences and best practices, and helping management locate the necessary expertise
+ Manage all on-boarding factories remediation for authorization.
**Platform/system Management** :
+ Manage, maintain, and configure the platforms to support assessments and remediation, including cr360, myFLA, Wordly and Better Work Portal.
**Qualification**
+ Superior data analysis and communications skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Tableau, Power BI and/or sustainability-specific data platforms
+ Excellent command of English as well as a second language (Fluency in Chinese important)

Main Responsibilities - Conduct investigation triggered by system alerts and cases referred by internal and external sources

  • Prepare STR and report to the JFIU
  • Assist supervisor in conducting quality checking on closed alerts
  • Provide advice to inquiries relating to transaction monitoring
  • Prepare management information reports
  • Participate in transaction monitoring system / Regtech projects
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements - Degree holder or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of TM/investigation/AML experience in financial institutions and/or regulatory bodies
  • Qualification in ECF, AAMLP/CAMLP or ACAMS is preferred
  • Possession of good knowledge on banking operations, products and services and experience to communicate with law enforcement agent and regulators will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Attentive to details, compliance and control oriented, diligent and proactive
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager

Main Responsibilities 1. Handle and coordinate all administrative works within LCD, including but not limited to:

  • LCD teams R&R/JDs updating and maintenance
  • LCD divisional P&Ps listing maintenance
  • LCD annual and regular budgeting tasks
  • LCD divisional KPI and KRI reporting and update
  • Preparing regular/ad-hoc reports/responses and finalize the deliverables to be submitted to Senior Management and Committees, including but not limited to EC monthly report, RC reporting and LCD regularly management reporting
  • Handle and coordinate within LCD for all non-Head Office initiatives from other divisions
  • Providing ICCOC Secretariat and Administrative Support including minutes taking, writing and all relevant follow up works as required
  • Provide other administrative support within LCD, including but not limited to LCD OA Submission and Support and LCD Division Head Administrative Support
Requirements Degree holder preferably in related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years
  • working experience in banking or FI sectors with exposures in controls, risks, compliance areas and/or committee management plus management reports writing
  • Sound organizational skill, communication skills and co-ordination skills with stakeholders
  • People oriented, with team coaching mindset
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and strong management report writing skills
