Leadership & Communication

  • Key PGO/PMO function focused on delivery excellence and positioned to provide key project-related updates to the Client at any given time. Single POC for the Capital Management Client for project status updates, acting as the main communication conduit between the Client and the Project Team.
  • Regular liaison with on-account Program Management team, Project Team consultants (where required)
  • Providing strategic oversight and guidance to Project Managers ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with the client goals.
  • Ensure close working relationship and coordination with other JLL functions on-account (Transaction Management, WorkPlace Design, Operations, Engineering etc.) to drive consistent approach, messaging and efficient delivery – OneJLL.
  • Define, communicate, and coordinate project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and WorkPplace Design ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Develop, implement and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies and best practices to ensure effective project execution across the team.
  • Oversee resource allocation and utilization across project management team ensuring optimal team performance and effective use of resources.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings with project managers providing support and direction to address challenges and facilitate project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, contractors ensuring collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
  • Understand the client’s key business drivers, focus the delivery team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables.
  • Maintain an understanding of the Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services, to provide opportunities for additional value. Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organization.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management

Financial Management

  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring regional project CapEx providing guidance and oversight to Program Managers, where required, to facilitate the accurate and transparent management of projects within the approved CapEx budget.
  • In collaboration with the PMO Lead develop the resource plan based on the project pipeline to ensure ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to the contract financial requirements.
  • Support the budget development process, to advise any inclusions or exclusions for consideration.
  • Responsible for driving the teams to achieve specific key performance indicators (KPI’s), service levels and other measures, as contracted.
  • Ensure programme management and admin teams are keeping Client and JLL project management information management systems up to date, to facilitate accurate reporting.

Operations

  • Support project-level reporting, ensuring Program Managers are providing timely and accurate updates on their projects, overseeing inputs into technology platforms and management reporting to Capital Management Client
  • Responsible for using the available technology systems to support service delivery and ensure the required reporting from the systems.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of governance and processes for the account.
  • Input into the development, implementation and management regional initiatives and programs for the account
  • Help to drive client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices
  • Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account
  • Drive regional consistency in the account e.g. in project delivery, reporting, standard operating procedures and systems.
  • Ensure consistency in the monthly reporting across managed projects.

The Lead Qualifier is responsible for managing inbound interest, assessing eligibility, performing initial client profiling, and triaging leads to optimise sales efficiency and enhance conversion outcomes.

This role plays a key part in safeguarding Bupa Global’s reputation by ensuring that only qualified, appropriate opportunities progress into the regulated sales process.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Monitor and manage the inflow of leads received through referral pathways (e.g. CRM, email, banking relationship managers).
  • Contact referred clients promptly to introduce Bupa Global, confirm interest, and gather basic qualifying information (e.g. location, nationality, age, family size, needs, funding method).
  • Conduct pre-screening to assess fit against Bupa’s international private medical insurance (IPMI) eligibility and appetite guidelines.
  • Route qualified leads to the correct sales channel: Health Insurance Specialist (face-to-face) or Direct Sales Advisor (remote).
  • Log all lead activity and contact outcomes accurately in Bupa CRM systems and ensure all required data is captured at point of triage.
  • Flag complex, non-standard, or high-risk prospects to the Head of Partnership and Development for guidance or reassignment.
  • Proactively support partner’s relationship managers by providing lead status updates and guidance on successful referrals.
  • Support ongoing improvements in lead qualification scripts, CRM workflows, and triage processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with simple reporting or lead performance dashboards as required.

Key Skills/Qualifications Needed For This Role

  • Experience in lead qualification, pre-sales, telemarketing or client onboarding roles in insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound communications with high net worth or professional clients.
  • Confident in using CRM tools and data capture platforms.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused lead generation or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with international insurance or high-value financial products is an advantage.
  • Further education level academic progression or higher (required)

Role Overview

As a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust cloud-native infrastructure solutions. Your leadership will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems while enabling high-velocity software delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement complex cloud solutions across multi-region and multi-account environments, with a strong focus on automation, observability, and resilience.
  • Own and scale Kubernetes (k8s) environments, including orchestration, deployment strategies, and service mesh integration.
  • Manage GitOps-based delivery using ArgoCD, ensuring secure and automated deployment pipelines across environments.
  • Lead end-to-end DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for reproducible, scalable infrastructure management.

To Be Successful You Will Need To Have

About The Role

As a Technical Lead at Prenetics, you will guide a team of engineers in delivering scalable and maintainable software systems. You’ll take a hands-on approach to design, development, and mentoring, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence. This is an ideal role for a strong senior engineer ready to take on technical leadership responsibilities without full people management duties.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Own and contribute to the architecture and implementation of critical features.
  • Guide engineers through complex technical decisions and ensure code quality through reviews and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with engineering management to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with product goals.

Project Delivery

  • Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to define requirements and deliver software on time.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support issue triaging and ensure timely resolution of technical blockers.

Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on coding best practices and problem-solving techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that values learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Advocate for engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with some experience in a senior or lead role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • Experience with Node.js and familiarity with ReactJS/React Native.
  • Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and microservices.
  • Comfortable with Docker and AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Monitor and manage the inflow of leads received through referral pathways (e.g. CRM, email, banking relationship managers).

Role Overview

  • Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to define requirements and deliver software on time.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support issue triaging and ensure timely resolution of technical blockers.
Mentorship & Collaboration
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on coding best practices and problem-solving techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that values learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Advocate for engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with some experience in a senior or lead role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • Experience with Node.js and familiarity with ReactJS/React Native.
  • Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and microservices.
  • Comfortable with Docker and AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.
