· Oversee and manage the financial operations of each of HKCTA's business to deliver on the overall strategic goals of HKCTA,
· Ensure prudent financial management and sustainability and alignment with Council oversight.
· Drive commercial growth through sponsorships, media partnerships, and diversified revenue streams, focusing on building sustainable long-term partnerships.
· Explore innovative programmes and commercial initiatives to expand HKCTA's funding base.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver effective marketing and communications strategies across all platforms.
People & Operational Management
· Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and values-driven organizational culture.
· Lead and develop the management team, supporting professional and personal growth.
· Oversee the development of a sustainable high-performance pathway for elite athletes representing Hong Kong internationally.
· Supervise departmental operations and participate in committee meetings to ensure alignment with strategic goals and budgets.
· Ensure the organization is structured and resourced effectively to deliver on its strategy and objectives.
· Oversee the organization of international tournaments and attend local events organized by HKCTA.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
· At least 10 years' senior management experience, ideally in sports administration, event management, or the non-profit sector.
· Proven track record in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
· Strong knowledge of governance practices in Hong Kong, preferably with NSA experience.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua).
· High personal integrity with a commitment to ethical leadership.
Desirable Attributes
· Experience in negotiating sponsorships, media rights, or commercial partnerships.
· Familiarity with international tennis governance (e.g. ITF, ATP, WTA, SF&OC).
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Boards at a strategic level.
· Passion for sport and a genuine commitment to growing tennis at all levels.
· Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in business, sports management, or related fields.
