Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and work closely with team members in managing the operations and financial performance of the projects assigned
- Report to the Senior Project Manager (GI) and act as site in charge for the Ground Investigation projects
- Undertake statutory duties as TCP-T4 and GEO approved Geotechnical Engineer for Group II GI Contractors
- Ensure Health & Safety rules are complied with
- Manage plant, equipment, materials and human resources for the projects
- Monitor work performance of sub-constructors
- Develop good working relationship with relevant government authorities, clients, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
- Familiar with market price of materials and resources and possess solid experience in tendering, budget costing, subletting, handling VO and payments
- Very strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Driving Licence preferred
