Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to devise holistic sales and business strategies to grow the insurance business for the various channels and monitor their effectiveness in achieving Insurance AOP targets
  • Design and revamp customer and product propositions to meet customer's demand and achieve the strategic business goals
  • Monitor market data and develop market share analysis to understand our strengths and challenges
  • Responsible for Providing meaningful report and financial analysis to senior management
  • Perform analytical work of business growth opportunities including information gathering, report writing and feedback communication


Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Proven experience in the Sales Strategy, Analytics and Planning, preferably with exposure to the banking industry
  • Details oriented with creative mindset, Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
  • Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
  • Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, confident person to find and develop opportunities for office design projects, cultivate customer relationships, and build a sales channel with suitable industry partners. Design / architecture experience is highly preferred but not required. B2B sales of services (i.e. soft products) experience is a must. You will be promoting our company's creativity, capabilities, and credentials to potential clients, so an open and creative mind is essential. Your in-person and on-phone manners must be excellent, and you should have a great sense of professionalism and style in your daily attire.

What will you do every day?

  • Prepare Sales Support Materials
  • Participate in Presentations
  • Update Customer Database
  • Develop, Maintain and Improve Business Relations with Customers
  • Work with other teammates to meet Personal and Company Sales Targets

The Package

Salary: Your base package will depend on your relevant industry experience, existing contacts with potential customers and channel partners, and your history of success in direct sales of soft products. The base package range is from HK$25,000 up to HK$5,000 per month. In addition to the base, you will receive an incentive payment proportional to deal size for every project you bring us.

Target: Your first annual project sales target is set to a level that would double your base package. Your performance will be evaluated quarterly, and exceeding your target will result in a higher incentive proportion for every new deal you close.

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM -- as this is a sales role, you will also be expected to attend frequent events after work to build your network and bring in additional business opportunities.

Annual Leave: 12 days (this is fixed for all teammates)

Company Holidays: Standard "Bank Holidays" (i.e. General Holidays)

The Hard Part

Do you have what it takes to join our team?

  • You graduated from a university-level program with a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and you have at least 3 years working experience in Sales / Business Development. Amazing candidates with less experience may be considered in a Business Development Executive role (with a lower base package).
  • You can communicate in English confidently and fluently. It would be advantageous if you could also speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
  • You have had successful experience independently developing your own leads and opportunities through face-to-face and phone communications . Keyboard warriors and online SEO/KOL champions are not suitable for this position. You must love getting out and meeting new people every day!
  • You possess a great sense of style, and conduct yourself with poise and confidence. You will be selling yourself as much as our company's services and abilities when promoting our business to potential partners and customers.
  • You are an over achiever with above-average intelligence and an outgoing personality. Above all else, you love earning money and are not satisfied by coasting through life.

Job Responsibilities

  • Involve in the whole sales cycle from lead generation to sales, onboarding, and after-sales training & cross-selling to new and existing individual clients;
  • Conduct business development and the sales effort for the company's overall business and a full range of products in the APAC regions;
  • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies;
  • Represent the company in the region's conferences and support the company's brand building, promotion and marketing;
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Solid experience in the crypto industry with a network of clients;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • At least 2 years of prior sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably coming from an traditional exchange, 3rd party vendor working with buy-side trading clients or experience at crypto exchanges, lenders, custodians, or platform providers;
  • Passionate for crypto finance and an expert understanding of cryptocurrency assets, derivatives, and trading workflows;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Market Development


Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify and assess new market opportunities to increase reach and impact.

  • Partnership Development Build strong relationships with NGOs, hospitals, governments, education sector, and corporations. Engage strategic partners like healthcare organizations, tech providers, and funding bodies.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to boost product adoption. Set and achieve sales targets while fostering client retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and attend expos and promotional events.
  • Client Interaction & Documentation Address client feedback, resolve issues, and manage schedules. Prepare business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals. Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration (For Business Development Manager) Manage a small team to align business development initiatives with the company’s product roadmap and brand strategy. Mentor and guide junior team members in business development and sales-related activities.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration (BBA) or related disciplines is a plus.
  • 4yr + experience for Sales Executive role/ 8yr + experience for Business Development Manager role.
  • Experience in management and fundraising is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn. Self-discipline and responsibility are prioritized over skills.

The Business Development Manager is critical in understanding clients' needs for preparing content packages and driving revenues. Candidates will be focused on identifying rising business opportunities, and in collaboration with the Managing Director, building long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Job Nature:

  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets for the accounts. The advertising format will normally involve online advertising placement, content/program sponsorship, content creation and SEO, advertising campaign solutions
  • Identify business opportunities, which are aligned with our branded content, and/or initiate the program / drive the sales revenue to build both the long-term relationships with our potential clients and strengthen our branded identity in the market
  • Approach the right prospects and arrange the meetings through personal connection, cold calls to direct clients and agencies
  • Responsible for closing the deal from proposal and presentation decks preparation to contract negotiation
  • Ensure our competitiveness in the market through the competitive review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Digital or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ work experience either in agency or client servicing field; sales experience in online media will be a definite advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior business development executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Involve in the whole sales cycle from lead generation to sales, onboarding, and after-sales training & cross-selling to new and existing individual clients;
  • Conduct business development and the sales effort for the company's overall business and a full range of products in the APAC regions;
  • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies;
  • Represent the company in the region's conferences and support the company's brand building, promotion and marketing;
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers;
  • Articulate client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to continuously improve product features and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Solid experience in the crypto industry with a network of clients;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • At least 2 years of prior sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably coming from an traditional exchange, 3rd party vendor working with buy-side trading clients or experience at crypto exchanges, lenders, custodians, or platform providers;
  • Passionate for crypto finance and an expert understanding of cryptocurrency assets, derivatives, and trading workflows;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Proficiency in additional local languages is preferred.
