Position Summary

SAP Developer is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager to evaluate and plan the SAP related development projects, to provide the guidance and standard to team members for SuccessFactors development and integrations, ABAP programming on SAP ECC, design, testing, and debugging work related to the implementation, and enhancement of SAP ECC and SuccessFactors.

Primary Responsibility

• Design and develop the processes and standards of the SAP related development service (ECC and SuccessFactors)

• Work with management to provide the recommendation on SAP development related initiatives to support the business needs

• Plan and manage the team resources to deliver the highest value in terms of company direction, business needs and technical professionalism

• Estimate and obtain management support for the timeline, budget and resources required to support the SAP development functions
