WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior SEO Analyst to join the Organic Performance Team to work across a breadth of clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of technical SEO and can develop, plan and execute SEO strategies to deliver organic growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Develop and implement SEO strategies from the ground up
- Client management - keeping clients updated on the status of agreed SEO deliverables and industry standard
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports for clients, analysing key metrics and trends
- Conduct in-depth technical audits, outlining the cost benefit of the recommendations put forward
- Understand the role SEO plays in overarching, multi-channel campaigns alongside business objectives and KPI's
- Utilise proprietary and third party industry reporting, analysis and insight tools
- Innovate across all aspects of SEO, from technical, through to on-site and outreach
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- Proven SEO exposure in an agency developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Strong communicator with a good ability to explain and deliver SEO insight and recommendations to non SEO experts and to the wider business
- Proficient in technical SEO with the ability to audit and provide solutions to common technical SEO issues. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with a wide range of CMS is advantageous.
- Diplomatic and persuasive interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console. Adobe Analytics and Looker Studio experience will be advantageous.
- Familiar with third party SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Advance proficiency of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the platform's organic growth by optimizing the company's crypto and Web3 products, content platforms, and website infrastructure for search visibility and performance. The ideal candidate has deep technical SEO knowledge, hands-on experience in the crypto industry, and a proven ability to deliver measurable growth through on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.

Job Description :
- Conduct regular, comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile responsiveness. Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes, ensuring compliance with search engine best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to rendering, JavaScript, structured data (Schema Markup), ISR/SSR, and overall site performance.
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value and high-traffic opportunities within the crypto and Web3 sectors. Provide technical SEO guidance to the content team, ensuring all new content is SEO-ready from the start (e.g., proper use of tags, structured data, internal linking, and keyword placement).
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance and key KPIs. Prepare and deliver regular SEO reports, analyze data, highlight achievements, and recommend next steps for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest crypto/Web3 industry trends as well as search engine algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategy remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience. Prior experience in crypto, Web3, blockchain, or related technology sectors preferred.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Strong understanding of how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript impact SEO. Familiar with site architecture, log file analysis, redirect chains, hreflang implementation, and crawl budget optimization. Experience applying structured data (Schema Markup) for site optimization.
Solid understanding of crypto concepts such as DeFi, NFT, DAO, and Web3 products, with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to emerging technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with developers, product, content, and operations teams. Highly self-driven, capable of working independently, and proactive in identifying new optimization opportunities.
