The new 373-room Dorsett Hotel flagship is inspired by the location’s dreamy Marina lifestyle and the ocean. Catering to both leisure and longer-staying business travellers alike, our suites offer pantry and light cooking facilities, and interconnecting options. Dorsett Kai Tak features two Presidential Suites, each with its own private terrace and the Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite housing its own 10m lap pool. Other hotel facilities include an outdoor rooftop bar and pool, 100 square metre fitness centre, and double-height ceiling grand ballroom.

For the guest arriving from the cruise terminal, the Hotel will offer a smooth transition to an atmosphere that echoes the magical time at sea; for the staycation patron, the Hotel will give the opportunity to dream of a Marina lifestyle without leaving Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Provide check-in/check-out service in a professional manner
  • Answer general enquiries and respond to complaints proactively
  • Support daily front office operation and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Service-orientated with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
  • Knowledge of using Opera Cloud would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Fresh university graduates are welcome
  • Candidate with more experience can apply for Senior Guest Services Agent

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls
  • Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
  • Answer all guest calls to process their requests (e.g. wake up calls, screening calls), provide assistance (e.g. internet access issues) and address their concerns
  • Log all guest requests or issues into computer accurately, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. F&B, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction
  • Advise guests of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
  • Previous hotel related working experience (especially in F&B) is preferable
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior AYS Agent

Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong is a leading business hotel on Hong Kong Island, offering an intimate conference room space and complimentary shuttle service to nearby corporate hubs. We're located a six-minute walk away from the MTR subway – HKU station of Island Line where guests could travel with ease to our downtown Hong Kong hotel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls
  • Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest
  • Answer all guest calls to process their requests (e.g. wake up calls, screening calls), provide assistance (e.g. internet access issues) and address their concerns
  • Log all guest requests or issues into computer accurately, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. F&B, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction
  • Advise guests of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
  • Previous hotel related working experience (especially in F&B) is preferable
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior AYS Agent

Working alongside a professional team in the corporate office's Global Customer Service Center based in Hong Kong, we are seeking for a Customer Service Agent to join our global reservation team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Demonstrate and maintain up to date knowledge of all Peninsula Hotels’ facilities, rates & promotion
  • Process reservation bookings via incoming calls, emails and wholesalers in accordance to the policy & procedure
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure important requests from guests are well communicated (e.g. handling transportation bookings, restaurants and spa bookings)
  • Maintain accurate guest profile and apply relevant booking history for future reservation
  • Participate in Suite up-selling programme

General Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Reservation, Front Office or Call Centre experience
  • Good operating knowledge of Opera or Shiji (PMS)
  • Clear communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Fluent in English and good command of Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
