We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consulting Sales professional to join our Oracle Consulting team in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Oracle Consulting services across a focused portfolio of solutions.

- Lead customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Oracle consulting services, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Participate in strategic account planning and contribute to long-term client development and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of successful field sales experience in consulting or solution sales, ideally within the enterprise software, cloud platform or IT services industry.
- Proven track record of selling consulting or professional services, with ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise customer requirements and translate them into Oracle Consulting solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple Oracle lines of business and build strong internal networks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline preferred.

**Preferred:**
