Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and manage building services engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and identify potential issues
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
- Provide technical support and advice to project teams, addressing any challenges that arise
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Participate in design reviews and offer recommendations for process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building services engineering or project management;
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection;
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members;
