Responsibilities
- Deliver Service Training (Operation, Administration and Maintenance) to Customers as required
- Define overall training framework plan, procedures and workflows for project activities
- Define, set up and manage Training platforms/simulators/equipment & tools
- Manage and update those associate Technical Training Service Documents such as WI, Procedures, workflow, Manual …etc
- Support service and coordination with internal and external stakeholders during project DLP (Defects Liability Period)
- Maintenance support for the hardware and software bugs analysis and resolution
- Software and hardware problem investigation for the DLP (Defects Liability Period) projects
- Analyze the log and information collected from the site, provide short-term and long term recovery proposal
- Coordinate with Engineering team to Investigate major failures or design defects in DLP (Defects Liability Period) and provide all necessary corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers for faulty module return and factory repair or improvement actions
- Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- 3+ years of working experience in the Engineering field
- Documents experience
- Proven On-site service support / maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux OS and Networking implementation are an advantage
- Well coordination and planning for working with various parties and subcontractors
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Training Delivery for Customer would be an added advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in hardware mechanical/electronic field
- Knowledge on Automatic Fare Collection maintenance

Who will you be working with?
You will be working with our maintenance team who are expertise to ensure on-site work are performed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible to provide technical and operational solution, including but not limited to technician training, provide expertise on day to day repair and maintenance to technician, deliver sounded technical answer to MTRC enquiries.
What will your typical day look like?
- Assist Field Service and Operations Manager in overseeing service team.
- Provide technical and operational solution to Field Service and Operations Manager for day-to-day task.
- Liaise with customers, group sister companies (OE) for logistic & technical support.
- Assist management for managerial work.
- Manpower planning for performing field service works.
- Prepare progress / field services reports.
- Complete ad hoc assignments from Field Service and Operations Manager.
- Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Degree holder in E&M Engineering or other discipline. High diploma with sound experience / knowledge will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, experience in rolling stock or related industries is a definite advantage. Software background is preferred.
- Previous customer service / customer relation experience with be an advantage
- Written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a MUST.
- Holder of Hong Kong Driver License class 1 and 2 is an advantage.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of personnel.
- Proven experience in staff supervision is an advantage.
- Able to pick up different product lines knowledge & transfer to service team member.
- Good team player, responsible, diplomatic, proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety and ISO standard is a definite advantage.

SERVICE ENGINEER
Main Duties:
The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Field service support for Esco products
· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations
· Prepare field service reports and related documentation.
· Monitors repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair
· Responsible for decisions when to instigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issue.
· Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units promoted
· Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer contacts
· Carry out hands-on training for field service organizations internationally when needed
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering
· With at least one (1) year working experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.

SERVICE ENGINEER
Main Duties:
The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Field service support for Esco products
· Handle all breakdown calls in the earliest response time
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations
· Prepare field service reports and related documentation.
· Monitors repairs and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair
· Responsible for decisions when to instigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issue.
· Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units promoted
· Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer contacts
· Carry out hands-on training for field service organizations internationally when needed
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering
· With at least one (1) year working experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Willing to travel locally and abroad

What You Will Do
The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project / service team of HVAC, driving new projects or maintaining customer facilities. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
How You Will Do It
- Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, and price negotiation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors for project implementation
- Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently, including upselling opportunities
- Support proposals to back recommendations and solutions
- Handle project administration
Required
What we look for
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 10 years’ relevant experience
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
Preferred
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills
- Good problem-solving techniques, organizing, and planning ability
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
