Your mission

  • Deeply understand On's values and brand philosophy and keep tuned with On's global activities and projects (e.g. sustainable development, athlete stories).
  • Work as a culture role model to drive team understanding and implementation of the management system in day-to-day work.
  • Committed to providing excellent service to every consumer with customer journey as the premise, operational excellence as the goal (FoH&BoH) and wow customer experience as the result.
  • Based on retail priorities, to drive the delivery of key KPIs, such as in-store traffic, UPT, conversion rate, top sales assortment, assortment availability, GTM plan, inventory plan by gaining in-depth understanding of business and operation results and reason behind, and to land new operation projects in stores.
  • Deeply understand On's philosophy in recruitment and team, and lead team planning and recruitment to build up a high-performing team, including planning, candid feedback, optimization of operation standards, effective scheduling, etc. Contribute to implementation of ongoing learning and development programs for the store team and on-the-job coaching / training as needed.
  • Lead different meetings to deepen team’s ’understanding of their work and improve performance, as well as be an active part in cross-functional meetings to get understanding and support.
  • Responsible for self-growth and development, and able to proactively formulate your own development action plan with Store Lead.
  • Able to challenge existing processes and be stretched up for challenges.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities included, positive, optimistic, energetic in the spirit of exploring the unknown.

**Purpose of Role**
The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide Athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

+ When assisting athletes communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model
+ Incorporate product knowledge into selling process by participating in training
**_Retail Operations_**
+ Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets
+ Comply with UA policies and procedures
+ Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training
+ Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies
+ Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour's attendance policy

+ Collaborates with teammates to achieve store goals
+ Accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance
**Qualifications**
+ Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
+ Fluency in local language
+ Proficient in use of computers and other technology
+ Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
**Requirements**
+ 0-3 months working in a sports/apparael & footwear retail environment
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
+ Able to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products
+ Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area

YOUR MISSION:

  • Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

Monitor the availability of goods in the trade section, check the quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
