About the role

As a Shipping Clerk/Shipping Coordinator at Sucre Jewelry Design Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient shipping and logistics operations for our company. This full-time position is based in our Kowloon office, where you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, managing shipping documentation, and liaising with carriers and customs authorities.

What you'll be doing

• Packing items for shipment
• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations
• Coordinating the pickup and delivery of shipments with carriers and logistics providers
• Tracking and tracing shipments, and providing updates to internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory of all outgoing shipments
• Communicating with customs authorities and resolving any issues related to import/export compliance
• Providing support for office administrative work and completing ad-hoc tasks
• Participating in local and overseas jewelry fairs if needed
