Responsibilities:
- Liaise with charterers, agents, flag state administrations, ship Masters, and service providers for owner matters including KYC and compliance.
- Handle port disbursement accounts, ship certificate renewals, and owner cost payments.
- Prepare freight and charter hire invoices and commercial documentation.
- Assist in processing marine insurance claims, premium payments, and related tasks.
- Maintain ship data in the business system and ensure accurate record-keeping and filing.
- Provide general team support and perform other assigned duties, including occasional overtime.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Sea Transport, Shipping, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping; tanker or dry bulk experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across time zones in a team environment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Compensation & Title:
- The offered salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
- Experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Officer title.

3.Minimum 10 years experience in airlines, air cargo terminal, ground handling agent, logistic company, warehouse or freight forwarding company, of which minimum 5 years in a supervisory level
4.Hands-on experience in air cargo terminal & freight forwarding company operations would be an advantage
5.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
