Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the daily normal operation of the warehouse, guarantee the stable operation of personnel and equipment, communicate with upstream about the arrival time and quantity of goods, reasonably arrange daily production resources in the warehouse, and ensure warehouse productivity.
2. Sort out warehouse operation processes and specifications, manage warehouse production data in detail, plan warehouse production operation space, and promote the efficiency optimization of suppliers.
3. Collate and monitor daily production data, conduct statistical reporting and follow up on abnormalities, and complete the closing of all abnormalities on the same day.

Job Requirements

1. DSE / Diploma level or equivalent education, preferably in logistics and transportation.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in logistics warehouse management and freight forwarding.
3. Proficient in computer operation and system usage.

1.Plan and manage the daily operations of the Air Export, Air import and related business product

2.Manage warehouse operation and delivering high service levels to ensure that the team delivers results in line with Customer agreed KPI in accordance with the procedures

3.Lead in all aspects of planning the total operation including managing potential problem areas and initiating remedial actions related to warehousing and transportation

6.Responsible for setting goals and objectives to effectively monitor and

7.Prepare and generate operational performance report, analyze data and provide actionable insights to management, recommending strategies for continuous improvement

8.Build up positive relationships with customers and contractors in order to ensure sustained services performance

9.Develop training programs for staff and contractors for full compliance of operating procedures and meeting the services level agreements

10.To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety and morale in operations

11.Implement process enhancements and technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity

任职要求

1. F.7 or Tertiary level educational qualification preferably in Logistics or Transportation

2. Sound knowledge on air import, export, transshipment cargo and mail operations handling procedures

3.Minimum 10 years experience in airlines, air cargo terminal, ground handling agent, logistic company, warehouse or freight forwarding company, of which minimum 5 years in a supervisory level

4.Hands-on experience in air cargo terminal & freight forwarding company operations would be an advantage

5.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking would be an advantage

6.Strong leadership and experience in managing a round the clock operation with staff and contractor

7.Willing to perform shift duty including overnight shift as necessary

What you do:
