• Streamline logistics processes to enhance speed, reduce costs, and boost efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold shipping compliance and service standards
• Negotiate favorable shipping terms and foster strong relationships with suppliers
• Monitor and manage shipping schedules to ensure reliable delivery
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Inspire and lead a shipping team committed to operational excellence
• Lead shipping team of 6-8 members in Hong Kong
  

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in managerial roles within shipping or logistics
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving instincts
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator
• Fluent in Chinese, Mandarin, and English

Requirements

• HKALE/HKDSE/Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Proficient in Excel and Familiar with computer skill;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  
  

• Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, air freight & ocean freight booking form etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Familiar with Excel (e.g. vlookup)
• Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;
• System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;
