Responsibilities
- Manage store to provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor and ensure stores operations smooth and efficient, E.g. Manpower plan, inventory plan and Visual Merchandising
- Formulate and implement business strategies to maximize sales and profits
- Maintain excellent customer relationship through understanding the customers’ needs and handling customer’s complaints and queries
- Plan, develop and execute CRM strategy for our VIPs to grow database and commercial goals;
- Lead and motivate the store team; and create the optimal environment to ensure team and individual development
- Provide positive leadership through effective communications, motivational techniques, coaching, and training to meet business needs
- Train and coach the team by providing appropriate feedback in order to increase sales performance
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Fashion / Retail / Luxury background is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in which 3 years at supervisory level
- Multiple store management experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
