About The Role
- Authorised to represent the Contractor on construction aspects.
- Preparation and submission of Temporary Works proposals, construction methodologies and sequences, TTA implementation, drainage, sewerage, water supply and utilities liaison; and
- Perform project management duties as assigned by the supervisors; Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
- University degree in civil / geotechnical / structural engineering discipline or equivalent in appropriate discipline; and
- 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, including experience in a key position on site for supervision or construction of works of similar nature as the works under the contract; and
- A good team player with excellent influencing, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in spoken and written Chinese and preferably also in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities- Support projects including baseline monitoring, surveys, impact assessments, and EM&A programs
- Analyze and interpret environmental baseline data to understand trends and assess impacts
- Assist in project coordination for EIA, EM&A, and permitting projects across Asia Pacific
- Degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in environmental consultancy, including impact assessments and EM&A programs; fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of impact assessment, EM&A, and EIA systems
- Excellent report writing skills; fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication, coordination, presentation skills, and team work ability
