POSITION OVERVIEW
To oversee the integration of new capacity into our data centres. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW
To oversee the integration of new capacity into our data centres. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of new capacity projects, from planning and implementation to operational readiness and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre operations, project management, and capacity planning.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Collaborate with the capacity planning team to understand future capacity requirements and ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of new capacity.
· Develop and execute operational readiness plans, including testing, documentation, and training, to ensure new capacity is fully operational upon integration.
· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all new capacity meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.
· Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on capacity planning and integration.
· Proven experience in project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
· Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cooling systems.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
· High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
