Compiling and submitting monthly performance reports to the Organization Representative in the agreed format to enable the Organization Representative to obtain a clear understanding of the overall performance of the Contractor during the month.
Assist with operational and laboring duties, including arranging necessary furniture and equipment, as the Organization Representative may reasonably request from time to time.
Carrying out any other property management tasks as may be specified by the Organization Representative.
Requirements:
a) have an aggregate of 10 years of experience in property management, with not less than 6 years full-time working experience at management or supervisory level in overseeing cleaning and/or security service contracts in the past 10-year period immediately preceding the Original Tender Closing Date;
b) be able to speak Cantonese, simple English and Putonghua to a degree of fluency for the satisfactory performance of his/her duties;
c) be able to read and write Chinese and English to a degree of proficiency for the satisfactory performance of his/her duties; and
d) have a post-secondary qualification in property management, building management, facilities management, human resources management or equivalent issued by a registered post-secondary institution, or having
i. passed Part II of the Certificate in Housing Management of the University of Hong Kong; or
ii. passed Part II of the Professional Diploma in Housing Management of the University of Hong Kong, or equivalent; or
iii. obtained the Certificate in Housing Practice of the University of Hong Kong; or
iv. obtained a bachelor degree (Honours) / post-graduate diploma/ master degree in Housing Management or Housing Studies from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, as recognised by the Government Representative; or
v. become a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, or equivalent; or
vi. become a Registered Professional Housing Manager in the Housing Managers Registration Board.

Requirements

-At least 5 years of solid property and facilities management experience with proven track record. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facility Manager
-Corporate member of professional bodies is a plus
-Experience in developing process and FM Operations Manual procedures is preferable
-Sound Knowledge in relevant local government ordinances and regulations as well as professional engineering practices.
- Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence will be an advantage
-Mature, flexible and decisive with strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Facilitates, you oversee Data Centre day-to-day operation, maintenance and management DC assets.
- Supervise a team of officers and technical staff in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients.
- You are expected to be very familiar with chillers and cooling systems and able to identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repairs, and security.
- Lead and supervise technical staff to carry out routine, ad hoc and emergency repairs and ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations.
Requirement
- Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or related disciplines.
- 8+ years' experience or above in facility or property management with commercial, institution, laboratory and industrial facilities. Those familiar with district cooling system design from construction, operation to maintenance would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership abilities with sound experience on handover renovation and enhancement works for property assets.
