Project Description
To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):
This project aims to provide autonomous bus and passenger services that are compatible with different traffic systems, capable of handling different traffic system information and various geographical differences between the Mainland and Hong Kong.
The autonomus bus is proposed under trial at Lok Ma Chau Loop to advance the development of future cross-border autonomous driving and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct R&D in cutting-edge smart mobility-related areas, including Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X), autonomous driving, intelligent transportation systems and the Low-Altitude Economy (LAE), with the objective to deploy commercial trials and rollouts in the market in partnership with industry leaders in these areas
- Define requirements, specifications, and innovative designs for smart mobility technology
- Perform on-site deployment, integration, and testing of the Smart Mobility technology based on the varying requirements of different customers and partners
- Design and implement new patents in smart mobility-related areas
Research and build up know-how and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas, but not limited to:
AI & Perception
Intelligent perception of traffic events, including multi-modal sensor fusion, object tracking, and event detection, by combining data from LiDAR, cameras, radar, and other sensors
- Data-driven microscopic modelling of transportation system
- Behavior modelling and cognitive AI in transportation systems
Develop predictive analytics models to forecast traffic trends and recommend real-time traffic adjustments
Simulation
Design and implement autonomous simulation software that model and simulate traffic elements, traffic patterns, transportation systems, infrastructure and various scenarios
- Design and implement data mining algorithms and statistical models to extract insights from large datasets from transportation system
- Analyze simulation results to identify potential traffic safety and efficiency issues and propose solutions for improvement
Conduct performance testing and optimization of simulation models
Backend & Frontend
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Design and implement distributed system architectures for large-scale applications
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture for modular and scalable applications
- Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases, optimize queries and database performance for scalability and efficiency
- Design, develop, and maintain GIS-based applications and tools for spatial data management, analysis and visualization
- Design intuitive Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) interfaces for autonomous vehicles and smart transportation systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant discipline with a minimum 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the Smart Office.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are fit-for-purpose; make recommendations for improvements and implement necessary changes.
- Own and nurture strategic client relationships at senior executive levels, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for daily operations.
- Monitor account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and service delivery quality.
- Negotiate and manage major contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements.
- Implement effective risk management strategies within the account.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage firm-wide resources and expertise.
- Stay current on market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Supervise all activities at front desk.
- Monitor the allocation of licensed areas and be responsible for handover to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and surveys. Monitor and analyse customer feedback, event metrics, and ambassador performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate venue setup and AV arrangements for events and forums held in the Smart Office.
Requirements
- :Degree or Higher Diploma in Facilities Management and/or Property Management or equivalent
- .Holder of relevant professional qualifications such as PMP (Tier 1) License, MHKIH, MCIH, MRICS, HKIS, RPHM or equivalent
- .Minimum of 8 years' facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in co-working space operations serving over 200 users
- .Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships
- .Strong understanding of market dynamics
- .Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- .Knowledge of Hong Kong building/property management legislation and regulations
- .Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken Mandarin
- .Frequent Travel or Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service will be available
)

Job Description
- Plan, oversee, roll-out and follow-up smart store project in APAC, with increased
efficiency and conversion always in mind
- Enhance the store experience for colleagues and customer by driving smart store project
and developments, including the analysis and follow up on relatable KPI's
- Contribute to a people first working environment, support actions based at the annual HR
goals
- Collaborate with business tech, area super user and global operation project manager in
driving goals and giving up to date information on smart store project
- Connects with regions, areas teams and seeks feedback from store visits
- Ensures constant, efficient and timely communication with all key stakeholders
- Reports to regional sales manager
- Keeps up to date with projects and aligns accordingly with all key stakeholders
- Provide sufficient training to area super user and provide relevant documentation/training
materials
- Communicate all on going follow-up and feedback with the necessary teams to ensure
long term project stability
- Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans
- Identify and handle risks and problems, taking alternative decisions according to the
objective
- Ensure an understanding of relevant business processes and how different business
functions interact, connecting existing and new processes in store
- Influence the design and content of training documents effecting store teams and key
drivers related to the project, supported with an efficient training plan
- Provide follow-up presentations including analysis of project learnings for any
