* Monitor platform analytics, optimize content strategies, and enhance fan engagement, exposure, and conversion rates for service bookings.

* Handle user inquiries, interactions, and crisis management, while promoting automotive glass services.

* Assist in online campaigns and KOL collaborations to expand brand influence among Hong Kong car owners and auto shops.

* Analyze platform algorithms to ensure content aligns with Facebook, Instagram Ads, Reels, and Xiaohongshu styles.

* Perform light administrative tasks, such as document filing, data entry, preparing simple reports, and following up on customer service documents.

Requirements:

* Form 6 or above, with preference for degrees in Marketing, Media, or related fields.

* 1-3 years of social media management experience, with familiarity in Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (automotive industry experience preferred).

* Proficient in content creation (copywriting, image/video editing), with skills in tools like Capcut, AI, Photoshop, and Canva.

* Knowledge of Google Analytics or platform analytics tools, with strong data analysis skills.

* Proficient in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin and English skills; strong Chinese and English reading/writing and computer literacy.

* Creative, team-oriented, and passionate about the service industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multiple digital marketing channels, including social media platforms such as X, Facebook and Instagram in a timely and professional manner;
• Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring it is on-brand, grammatically perfect, and optimized for each platform;
• Conceptualize and create a variety of content formats, including static graphics, short-form video and stories;
• Work closely with the editorial and content marketing teams to develop social media plans.
• Compile reports to analyze current status and progress of the social media platforms;
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver outstanding account servicing to corporate clients.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in related disciplines
• Preferably with 3-5 years' relevant job experience
• Excellent mastery of the English language
• Able to read and write Chinese
• Familiar with X, Facebook and Instagram management;
• Good knowledge in Photoshop, AI and Adobe Premiere;
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure;
• 5.5-day work, need to work on shift basis.
