Reporting to the Corporate and Marketing Communications Director, the Senior Content Strategist will possess strong communications, editing, and outstanding project management skills, and proven expertise in social media management.
This role is critical to developing content strategies that engage diverse audiences, including media, social media followers, influencers, and employees. The Senior Content Strategist will oversee global digital thought leadership and social media channels. Proven experience in digital, influencer, and social media management and analytics is essential. The successful candidate will also contribute to the planning and execution of the company's digital strategy, delivering projects within scope and budget.
The ideal candidate will be creative and strategic with an excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and possess strong editorial skills to produce engaging content across digital platforms, including video storytelling and multimedia formats. Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and digital analytics platforms is a plus, enabling efficient content production and enhanced audience engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with organizational goals
Plan, create, and manage various types of content including videos, social media posts, podcasts, and infographics
Manage content production projects from conception to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and support promotion strategies to maximize reach
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and report on audience engagement and business impact

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
At least five (5) years of experience in Communications discipline with strong knowledge of principles in social media

Proven experience in digital content creation, production, and management
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with great attention to detail
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital content tools
Knowledge of SEO principles and content performance analytics is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication (oral and written), collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience with video production and editing software is an advantage
