About the Role
You will report directly to the CTO as part of the engineering leadership team, working closely with other engineering leaders and engineering teams across the organization. In this role, you'll help shape SleekFlow's long-term technology direction, define strategic roadmaps, and lead initiatives that scale our product. A major focus will be on building infrastructure to support rapid business growth as well as improving development and release efficiency for the entire engineering org.

The System Analyst is a key technical expert responsible for designing the IT enterprise architecture for HKGI. This includes setting up and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating and maintaining HKGI’s clinical applications and bioinformatics platform. This role combines hands-on development, system architecture, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure HKGI’s platforms are scalable, secure, and resilient.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain the architecture framework for IT systems and applications to support operations with partnering centres and institutes
- Set up and manage Kubernetes (k8s) clusters for clinical applications and databases across on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments, ensuring robust security and effective patch management, and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and code scanning
- Implement Single Sign-On solution and monitoring tools for system logs oversight
- Collaborate with in-house and external development teams to migrate applications to k8s clusters, troubleshoot issues, and co-develop migration strategies
