Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, ensuring scalability, availability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, MLOps, DevOps, Security) to implement production-grade AI systems on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Translate business requirements into secure, robust, and cost-efficient AI architectures.
• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise-level security standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST , etc.
• Lead technical engagements with customers, providing architectural guidance and technical mentorship.
• Contribute to solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and deployment playbooks.
• Guide customers through cloud security and compliance requirements, supporting audits and certifications.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and platforms to maintain technical excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong background in AI/ML projects.
• Proficient in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms, including certifications such as:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Deep understanding of cloud-native services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
• Strong grasp of information security principles and experience with regulatory compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in designing high-availability and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

The Strategic Customers, Engineering team (SCE) at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. **Job Description**
+ Collaborate with APAC Strategic Pursuit leaders to define cloud strategies and architecture frameworks for target accounts.
+ Evaluate and recommend OCI services for Cloud Natives' use cases, focusing on scalability, resilience, and compliance.
+ Partner with local sales engineering org, to provide technical leadership and direction on OCI based application architecture.
+ Identify and address key migration blockers, propose workarounds solutions, and collaborate with TPMs and OCI service teams for features improvement.
+ Recommend cost optimization and improve resource management for OCI environments. Ensure security best practices and compliance, including IAM, encryption, and auditing.
+ Partner with OCI service and capacity teams for feature and capacity delivery, including general compute, storage, networking, as well as AI infra projects.
+ Act as the technical interface for AI infra strategic accounts in APAC.
+ Stay current on OCI platform enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Able to write tech blogs and represent OCI in executive-level customer meetings, industry events, and strategic forums in the Cloud and AI Infra ecosystem.

Job Description

• Design and architect AI-powered features for Omnichat’s omnichannel messaging platform
• Lead technical direction across AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and machine learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven solutions
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architecture decisions and feature feasibility
• Define integration strategies that ensure seamless interoperability between AI services and core platform infrastructure
• Partner closely with others to access, transform, and align structured and unstructured data for AI model consumption
• Work with product managers and UX designers to embed AI capabilities into end-user workflows with thoughtful design and measurable impact
• Oversee the deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization of AI models in production environments
• Mentor AI engineers, provide technical guidance, and support engineering best practices across the team
• Collaborate with business and solution teams to present technical insights and support client-facing solution design
• Stay abreast of AI/ML research, development frameworks, and orchestration tools to drive continuous innovation and maintain technical edge

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development or system architecture, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML applications or infrastructure
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered features or platforms in a production setting
• Solid programming skills in Python and/or Java, with experience across AI/ML frameworks and tooling (e.g., model orchestration, retrieval pipelines, or embedding management)
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integration with backend services
• Familiar with scalable, cloud-native architectures and modern software practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems
• Experience working with data engineering pipelines, feature stores, or vector search engines is a strong plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding engineering teams or mentoring junior developers in AI-related initiatives
• Curious, fast-learning, and proactive in staying updated with emerging AI technologies and ecosystem advancements

Our client is a globally recognised consulting firm known for delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across industries. As part of their strategic expansion in Hong Kong , they are looking for a high-caliber Director – Solution Architect with strong expertise in core banking systems , backend architecture , and application development , to lead and architect solutions for their financial services clients.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of digital change in the financial services sector (FSI) , designing end-to-end solutions that enable legacy modernisation, system integrations, and scalable backend environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design for complex, multi-platform digital transformation programs, primarily within the core banking and financial services space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable technology solutions
• Drive legacy system modernisation and data migration strategies , ensuring performance, security, and compliance requirements are met
• Oversee application development architecture across backend technologies, microservices, and cloud environments
• Provide thought leadership in client engagements and contribute to proposal development, pre-sales, and delivery planning
• Mentor and lead technical teams and junior architects across projects and accounts
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and drive innovation across consulting solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT solution architecture and application development, with at least 3+ years in a Director or equivalent leadership role
• Strong background in core banking systems such as Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, or similar platforms
• Proven experience with backend architecture , integration layers , and microservices
• Deep knowledge of data migration , legacy system transformation , and application modernisation
• Prior consulting experience within a global or regional consulting firm is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
