As our Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, you'll lead a team of expert Solution Consultants across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. The team you’ll lead will be instrumental in translating the Workiva platform into compelling value for our customers. You'll not only lead and mentor your team in their technical and business acumen but also act as a crucial strategic partner to our sales & GTM organisation - ensuring our solutions accelerate market expansion and revenue growth in the region.
What You’ll Need
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a strategic vision to align cross-functional teams and enable consulting teams to drive essential sales initiatives
- Contribute to the development of strategies, tools, and metrics to drive overall organizational growth and lead strategic projects aligned with the organization's mission
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on account planning and presales strategies
- Foster technical thought leadership in areas like architecture, processes, and operationalization to encourage adoption by technical stakeholders during the sales process
- Lead a team of Solution Consultants, maximizing their potential to support Workiva's sales objectives
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management
- Maintain the Solution Consulting team's training and motivation to ensure goal attainment
- Define opportunities for coaching and skill development for Solution Consulting team members
- Establish best practices, offer guidance in technical expertise, customer understanding, and organizational goals
- Create and optimize processes, metrics, and infrastructure to enhance team productivity and achieve team goals
- Manage resource allocation, conflict resolution, and feedback collection on sales opportunities, product features, competition, and methodologies
- Provide comprehensive presales support for all sales activities, encompassing needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations, and general sales support, taking on a player/coach role
- Collaborate with product engineering and product marketing teams to develop and launch industry-specific and business solutions, offering technical guidance as required
- Participate in team-building and company growth activities, including strategy development, sales training, marketing efforts, and enhancing the customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years related experience, or Master’s degree with minimum of 6 years related experience, or PhD with 4 years related experience
- Demonstrated commercial strategic experience, with relevant experience in solution presales and customer engagement
- Experience and understanding of the Office of the CFO
- Ability to discuss technical terminology and best practices for SaaS applications
- Ability to identify and resolve development, marketing, or sales obstacles through strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to understand, empathize, and propose solutions to customers' business challenges, and mentor the team members on doing the same
- Strong business background, with significant client interface experience and exposure to business development
- Hands-on experience with Workiva solutions preferred
- Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, IBM and cloud applications such as Host Analytics, Anaplan, Salesforce, etc is a plus
- Proven track record of building, leading, and mentoring a high performing team
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

Your key responsibilities
- Perform the role of Solution Lead for taking CMS Solutions to clients across Asia Pacific.
- Act as a Technical Presales to support opportunities around Cyber managed services solutions while working closely with other solutions leaders, product leads, alliance managers, managed services team members, delivery teams and Client executives for designated accounts/markets in support of key sales and account plans to achieve and exceed defined targets.
- Be responsible for designing complex, multi-year, transformational managed services solutions that integrate People, process, technology and facility/location components into an effective and efficient solution, while considering data sovereignty and regulatory mandates.
- Prepare proposals/Presentations/statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFIs/RFPs by articulating EY’s CMS value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions, across the areas of Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Detection and Incident Response, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Data Privacy and Protection, Security Architecture and Operations, Identity and Access Management and Third Party Cyber Risk Management.
- Work closely with Contract management and legal teams to ensure the proposed solution has the highest level of assurance along with well-defined service level management approach to effectively manage risk of engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor by engaging clients and EY client executives throughout the pre & post sales lifecycle – starting from providing solution briefings to capture Client technical & business requirements, propose technical solution, select suitable technology stacks, scope resources, effort estimation and other associated costs for the expected outcome - to deliver a successful business value proposition by achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
- With your technical hands-on experience, you are expected to deliver engagements focused on developing business case (commercial and technical) for Cyber risk transformation and managed services, and ensure client expectations are met by quality output.
- Proactively participate in developing market-driven competitive service offerings around Cyber managed services and assist with developing content while working with regional teams including product management, sales, brand and communications, in-country cyber practice delivery teams and sector leaders.
- Support and proactively engage with clients and industry on providing latest cyber trends, changes in the threat landscape and EY Cyber Managed services offering in internal/external events and publish thought leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills and stakeholder management experiences
- Experience working with key cybersecurity solutions and platforms, primarily around Identity & Access Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Detection and Response, Cyber Analytics and Automation, Vulnerability Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cloud Security, Data Loss Prevention and Data Protection & Data Privacy.
- 7+ Years of core managed security services PreSales/Solution design and practice development experience.
- Hands-on experience of successfully solutioning and delivering managed security services engagements across multiple cyber domains.
- Experience in solutioning complex cyber managed services deals of size >10Mil USD.
- Successful achievement of set goals/targets in the last three consecutive years.
- Experience and exposure to onshore, offshore and nearshore delivery and operating models;
- Expertise in constructing solutions with tiered and pay per use commercial models;
- Hands-On experience in tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Crowdstrike, Microsoft Security, ServiceNow, Palo Alto, Tanium, AttackIQ, Tenable, Qualys, Claroty, Nazomi, CyberX, Zscalar, BigID, Symantec, FireEye, Micro Focus, RSA, OneTrust.

KPMG’s Finance Consulting team enables clients to maximize the performance of their Finance function and uses the latest
technology to improve insights for growth and governance. Being the consultant of our Finance Systems team within the wider Finance Consulting team, you will be involved in helping our clients to establish their finance systems strategy and selection, design the target state solution, lead system implementation and integration initiatives, review and revamp process flows and controls with enhanced audit trials, and support post-implementation business process reengineering
activities.

In Finance Systems consulting, we support client’s overall strategy, design, implementation and process improvement of
the Oracle Fusion platform and associated systems, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business. As digital disruption affects more industry sectors, Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) find it increasingly challenging to deliver sustainable growth in profits and dividends, whilst managing costs. Join this team and we can ensure you’re equipped to support and advise clients in this constantly changing world. Armed with these skills and supporting you to continue developing your expertise, you’ll help our Finance Systems team in these areas:
- Oracle implementations – leading the development team during implementation and post implementation in areas of business process, security and data
- Client delivery – supporting the client through Oracle
- Fusion technical design, configuration and testing during implementation and enable them to optimise their processes and maximise the benefits of the selected system
- Leveraging KPMG’s proven frameworks and methodologies to develop a company’s finance systems strategy and process improvement, including what good looks like for each of the key finance technologies and processes
- Developing technical design documents, application development and build custom reports in Oracle Fusion and cloud-based technology solutions.
- Building integrations using Oracle OCI and other tools to upstream and downstream systems from Oracle Fusion applications
- Working with Module functional consultants in data migration, testing and wider module configurations to target stage design.
- Demonstrating use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
- Implementing process enhancement through digital and robotic technologies
- Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or a large corporation
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion, finance systems, emerging technologies and digital solutions
- Overall 8+ years of related work experience in working on Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Peoplesoft and other Oracle technologies
- 5 years of industry experience as a technical consultant in Oracle ERP solutions with 3 + years in Oracle Fusion cloud applications – GL, AP, AR, FA and / or CM modules
- Have done 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation in the role of a technical lead and / or technical consultant.
- Previous experience as lead and developer during Oracle Fusion implementations, working across
- Strong people manager, able to lead a team of technical consultants onshore and offshore
- Self-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined team
- Ability to liaise with senior Finance and IT stakeholders
- Ability to create and deliver high level presentations and output reviews to senior executives/stakeholders and business managers
- Ability to review and challenge information that has been provided by other team members, ensuring the information is ‘fit for purpose’ and at the right level of granularity
- Ability to perform structured analysis on business models to provide best practice knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
