Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT sector. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also be considered for the Associate Specialist role.
• Familiarity with public cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and GCP is preferred.
• Public cloud certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

The Position

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of in-house iOS and Android developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
• Manage the technical development and system design on the backend CMS and APIs to support features of the mobile app
• Consolidate different API communications between mobile applications and various backend gateway parties
• Identify blockers and risks in mobile development and proactively drive resolution with cross-functional teams

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mobile application delivery, product management or project management
• Proven experience in managing mobile app roadmaps and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and user-centric design
• Strong experience in designing patterns of MVVM and MVC
• Familiar with web / app services / APIs, agile methodologies and mobile development processes

The Mission

As our Business Solutions Consultant reporting to the CEO, you'll autonomously design and propose AI/IT solutions for air logistics clients. You'll drive deals from concept to handover, acting as Avitec's technical ambassador.
