  • Americas Key Regional Offices: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

Reporting to the CWS Chief of Staff of APAC and India, this role is part of the global divisional management team responsible for both the APAC and India regions, working closely with regional and functional leadership on key people, organizational development goals, and administrative and risk management strategies. An important element of this role includes collaborating with global counterparts to foster innovation and consistency across the function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive / execute organization development initiatives to enable teamwork, resourcing, training, career development, retention and promotion
  • Support the CWS leadership team in developing and managing teams, including annual headcount and budgeting processes, as well as supporting weekly postings for leadership
  • Manage exposure to risk coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, HCM, Engineering and Corporate Planning & Management across all relevant risks processes
  • Drive and manage summer analyst and full-time analyst from recruiting, onboarding and training
  • Drive and manage the people process from recruiting, onboarding and integration to offboarding
  • Support the functional teams in developing and delivering business continuity planning and response across the division
  • Manage all aspects of floor administration including management of the administrative assistants
  • Manage CWS expenses ensuing awareness and compliance with policies and delivering proactive reporting

Qualifications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration and communications
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently
  • Ability to manage and execute divisional people’s initiatives
  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative mindset that is acutely focused on improving operational efficiency
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to adapt style as the situation requires
  • Ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term and strategic focus
  • Fluency in English and other Asian language is a plus

  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, appropriateness and investment opportunities.
  • Assist relationship managers to serve sophisticated client and keep abreast of investment market latest trends and new product offerings.
  • Ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build a highly proactive and long-term relationship with private wealth clients by generating and sustaining revenue growth whilst broadening client base.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial institution preferably Private Banking/Wealth Management specializing in sales & marketing of investment products, dealing experience will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance, Business Administration Economics or related disciplines, professional qualification of CFA/FRM/CPA is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of investment products including equities, fixed incomes, funds and esp. structured products.
  • Client focused with strong business acumen, presentation (both written and oral), sales, analytic, technical and relationship building skills.
  • Strong judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity.
  • Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sole financial institution preferably private banking/wealth management specializing in derivative based structured products advisory, preferably across asset class, dealing experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of private client distribution is required.
  • Team player with strong presentation skills and solid analytical skills.
  • Strong judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity.
  • Strong command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

The Person

  5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

**Responsibilities**
**Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning**
+ Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft's Business Applications portfolio.
+ Identify whitespace opportunities and industry trends to develop and execute territory plans.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions.
**Solution Leadership & Technical Expertise**
+ Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft's Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot Studio.
+ Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities.
+ Collaborate with Global Black Belts (GBBs) and engineering teams to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction.
**Sales Execution & Deal Management**

**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in technology-related sales, with a focus on application platforms, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code technologies.
+ or 2+ years low-code RPA or AI agent solution selling experience.
**Preferred:**
+ MBA or Master's in Information Technology or related field.

Job Summary
