Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our team, focusing on our expanding Denim business in Southeast Asia. This role involves managing vendor relationships, enhancing operational execution, and supporting the rapid growth of our denim offerings. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the existing team to develop scalable vendor strategies, improve cost efficiency, and ensure quality and timely delivery across our complex product categories.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management & Development: Manage and deepen relationships with current denim suppliers across Southeast Asia and support the evaluation and onboarding of new partners in alignment with Quince's standards.
- Operational Execution: Drive improvements in cost, lead time, and production reliability with current factories and troubleshoot production issues proactively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Planning, Design, Tech Design, and Logistics teams to meet timelines and margin targets and facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers.
- Category Support: Manage specific product lines within the Denim portfolio and monitor SKU and vendor performance to recommend adjustments.
- Quality & Compliance: Partner with QA to uphold high quality standards and ensure responsible sourcing practices and compliance with ethical and safety standards.
- 8–10+ years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or production roles, particularly in Denim.
- Proven track record of managing vendors in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
- Solid understanding of Denim product development and sourcing process.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, and improve supplier performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to vendor sites across the region as needed.

**What's the Role?**
You are passionate about negotiating that next deal, being part of a Global Department delivering top quality service and advice. Our inventive and dynamic Procurement Department is looking for an experienced, seasoned Sourcing Manager to join its Asia Pacific team on a permanent basis. You will build and manage relationships with our internal clients and the vendors who support our exciting and varied requirements across the whole Asia Pacific region. You will need to show good knowledge of procurement principles, strong negotiating skills and an eye for detail. You will be part of the Asia Pacific team supporting mainly Tokyo based internal stakeholders, from a wide spectrum of departments with many and varied needs, in a fast-paced demanding environment. Working with the Regional Manager, you, as part of the Sourcing Team will develop and execute supply strategies for multiple categories, but with main emphasis on Facilities Management, Capex works, Marketing, Human Resources and Professional Services. You will also be managing your own supply base ensuring stakeholders get what they want, when they want it and at the best value possible. We are a Global Procurement Department, who is working with our internal clients, devise strategies based on the varied requirements of a fast pace cutting edge business with a truly global presence.
**We'll Trust You To:**
+ Determine specifications and requirements for products and services through communication with internal stakeholders and the department's strategic plan
+ Lead local Japan sourcing opportunities, including RFPs, direct negotiations, etc., and use market research from internal and external sources to drive sourcing decisions
+ Ensure adherence to the policies and thresholds set by the Chief Procurement Officer
+ Negotiate and implement Contractual agreements in partnership with the internal customer and our Legal department
+ Manage the vendor base to ensure that contractual compliance and financial efficiency
+ Continuously review with the Sourcing Team Strategic Plans to better serve the company as a whole

**You'll need to have:**
+ Minimum 10 + year's experience in a strategic sourcing role, with category exposure to Facilities Management, Capex works, Marketing, Human Resource Services and Professional Services.
+ Experience in commercial and contractual negotiations, competitive market analysis, and ongoing supplier performance management/scorecards in a commercial environment
+ Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Japanese to support strategic sourcing in Japan market

- We are seeking SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - with details as follows :
- We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead the sourcing and qualification of new vendor factories across Southeast Asia.
- This role is instrumental to the Company’s growth and diversification strategy, focusing on identifying reliable partners capable of producing high-quality watch components and complete timepieces in alignment with our technical and brand standards.
- Identify and source high-potential watch manufacturers in key Southeast Asian markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
- Lead factory qualification processes including on-site audits, capability assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Evaluate vendor production capacity, quality assurance systems, technical capabilities, and readiness for ODM/OEM collaboration.
- Negotiate pricing, lead time, and performance terms aligned with production targets and Company standards.
- Build a vendor database and performance tracking system for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Ensure that vendors comply with ethical sourcing, sustainability, and labor standards.
- Drive strategic supplier development initiatives to increase flexibility, innovation, and speed to market.
- Tertiary education preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years work experience in watch industry
- Exposure to vendor development, sourcing, or factory evaluation in watch industry
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem and supplier landscape in Southeast Asia.

Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our team, focusing on our expanding Denim business in Southeast Asia. This role involves managing vendor relationships, enhancing operational execution, and supporting the rapid growth of our denim offerings. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with the existing team to develop scalable vendor strategies, improve cost efficiency, and ensure quality and timely delivery across our complex product categories.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management & Development: Manage and deepen relationships with current denim suppliers across Southeast Asia and support the evaluation and onboarding of new partners in alignment with Quince's standards.
- Operational Execution: Drive improvements in cost, lead time, and production reliability with current factories and troubleshoot production issues proactively.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Planning, Design, Tech Design, and Logistics teams to meet timelines and margin targets and facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers.
- Category Support: Manage specific product lines within the Denim portfolio and monitor SKU and vendor performance to recommend adjustments.
- Quality & Compliance: Partner with QA to uphold high quality standards and ensure responsible sourcing practices and compliance with ethical and safety standards.
Required Skills:
- 8–10+ years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or production roles, particularly in Denim.
- Proven track record of managing vendors in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
- Solid understanding of Denim product development and sourcing process.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, and improve supplier performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to vendor sites across the region as needed.
