About the Role:API is seeking a seasoned professional to join as a Sourcing Specialist. This role involves managing procurement processes for airline clients with hotel partners in assigned markets, including market analysis, industry trend identification, sourcing strategy formation, negotiations, and producing evaluation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Essential Functions:- Manage hotel sourcing projects, perform market research, develop industry knowledge, and maintain business relationships.
- Handle RFP/RFI processes via API’s proprietary sourcing technology, assess suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure offers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop sourcing strategies and identify opportunities like reverse auctions.
- Research market trends to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Create detailed evaluation reports and presentations, articulating sourcing results clearly.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and needs.
- Aim for win-win solutions in all projects.
- Update and track information in Salesforce.
- Arrange site inspections for clients and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure response times meet airline SLAs.
- 2-3 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a global role dealing with international suppliers.
- 2+ years in the travel industry, working with airlines and hotels preferred.
- Strong English skills; multilingual skills (French, Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi) a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented, results-driven, with negotiation experience.
- Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task, and adapt to diverse cultures.
- Flexible schedule, willing to work outside core hours if needed.
This position does not require travel.
Required Education and Experience:- High School diploma.
- Procurement sourcing experience.
- Experience in the travel industry preferred.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
Remote (work from home) from any Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, India, Philippines, or Malaysia.
Position Type and Hours:Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility for global industry demands.

- Conduct regular review on procurement and vendor management policy to ensure it is in compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with processing departments on vendor selection, new vendor registration, document preparation and regular vendor management review
- Act as a key point of contact to resolve issues and drive collaboration
- Provide support on vendor management related matters
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management
- Handle enquiries from processing departments and ad-hoc request related to vendor management
- Review and ensure documents submitted by processing departments are adherence to policy requirements
- University degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
- Extensive hands-on experience with the full Request for Quotation (RFQ) and vendor management processes
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and work independently
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing

Reporting to the Production Control Team Head, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of 5 professionals, driving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth production flow.
- Manage procurement for mass production of released products
- Issue monthly Production Requests to vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate product costing with factories for ongoing and special deals
- Oversee inventory disposal for both warehouse and factory production lines
- Coordinate monthly parts production requests to ensure timely material delivery to OEM factories
- Monitor and control recycled material usage
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet production goals
- F.5 graduated; Diploma is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in production control, vendor management, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong command of Cantonese, Chinese, and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- 5-day work week

Position: Production Control Assistant / Vendor Management Specialist
About Us

Reporting to the Production Control Team Head, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of 5 professionals, driving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth production flow.
- Manage procurement for mass production of released products
- Issue monthly Production Requests to vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate product costing with factories for ongoing and special deals
- Oversee inventory disposal for both warehouse and factory production lines
- Coordinate monthly parts production requests to ensure timely material delivery to OEM factories
- Monitor and control recycled material usage
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet production goals
- F.5 graduated; Diploma is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in production control, vendor management, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong command of Cantonese, Chinese, and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- 5-day work week
- 12 days annual leave + birthday leave
- Extra Japanese holidays

Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective production and distribution of goods, aligning with organizational goals for growth, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical for optimizing global logistics, mitigating risks of customs and trade, and driving innovation in complex, multi-tiered supply chains.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in coordination with different parties and subordinates to ensure the project timeline is achieved
- Process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Formulate and implement the operation procedure to fulfil trade requirement
- Establish KPIs for services providers and monitor service level and performance effectiveness
- Proactively address supply chain disruptions and offer contingency planning
- Frequent traveling to production plant in China, Vietnam or other countries to support the projects implementation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid logistics, order processing, inventory control and managerial experience gained from sizable manufacturing/trading companies
- Good computer skills including Excel and Power Point
- Experience in using Oracle system is preferable
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Work independently and multitasking
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Frequent travel to China, Vietnam and other countries is required
