Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to clothing, business management, and other related fields.

In good health, proficient in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate account strategies and action plans for the designated High Risk & NPL accounts for rehabilitating, restructuring, or settling troubled loans effectively.
- Negotiate with the relevant parties for a restructuring and repayment plan.
- Monitor the assigned credit portfolio and recovery action, included but not limited to execute immediate risk mitigation, change in account classification & necessary impairments, financial analyses, execute the sale of collaterals and disposal of repossessed assets.
- Prepare application including security enforcement and legal proceedings, provisions, asset classifications for the High Risk & NPL accounts.
- Ensure the recovery actions are complied with internal HK & Head office Policies & SOPs, and external regulations.
- Prepare management reports and oversee non-performing loan management information systems.
Requirements:
- University Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Professional level of qualification under the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) for Banking Practitioners in relevant stream(s) is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in loan management, credit analysis or commercial loan recoveries.
- Strong understanding of legal recovery procedures and regulations.
- Excellent credit sense with robust financial analysis and risk management skills, etc.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
