The Sponsorship Sales Manager, Legal Media Group is responsible for renewal and new business development across our media portfolio of business. The role will focus on developing new sales, managing and upselling existing customers, and accelerating our business in Hong Kong and assigned markets. The responsibilities include and is not limited to identifying potential new customers, cold calling, conducting face-to-face meetings/ video conferencing, providing product demonstrations, negotiating and closing contracts. This role may be expected to travel. The position is responsible for managing the entire pre and post sales process within assigned territories and to work closely with the relevant product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

This client is a leading software provider providing digital solutions to SellSide firms globally. They are expanding their APAC team amidst strong growth and a healthy pipeline for HK in 2025.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Specialists with a background working on Structured Products and OTC trading platforms for the SellSide, to engage with prospective clients to assist in closing deals. You will assist across the entire sales cycle across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities and address technical questions and concerns from customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell
  • Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements.
  • Understand our product/service's technical features, functionalities and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Gather and monitor market data, competitor analysis and feedback from clients
  • Understand our product/service's technical features, functionalities and benefits.
  • Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team.

Sales Specialist - Structured Product / OTC - SellSide - HK Based - HKD $5K + Bonus

Experience required:

  • 3-5 years experience in Solution Sales preferably in Financial Sales
  • Experience dealing working with Structured Products
  • Experience working on Trading Solutions
  • Preferably in your last position for 24 months
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English is required
