Through a series of on-the-job training and orientation, you will get to know the container operations practices and our terminal operating systems and be exposed to multiple overseas Business Units and corporate functions of our organisation. You will be engaged in a wide range of projects to work with teammates in Hong Kong, offshore team, and overseas Business Units that would allow you to utilize and expand your functional expertise and professional network. You will be able to learn from our seasoned team members and a set of process manual covering software development methodology and quality assurance program.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·Lead and collaborate with in-house and offshore development teams, QAs, architects, IT of business units, engineers, and partners to plan and deliver DevOps solution for both on-cloud and on-premises environments.

·Facilitate agile development process using continuous integration and deployment technique to deploy our applications to different environments.

·Enforce engineering best practices and software quality and security checking in the development process.

·Automate the execution of different test cycles to improve software quality feedback loop.

·Manage the application release and versioning.

·Manage the application deployment and configuration.

·Automate the infrastructure provisioning to standardize the installation procedures and configuration.

·Maintain and monitor the healthiness of application and infrastructure components in different environments.

· Maintain and monitor the healthiness of DevOps platform.

Desired Skills and Qualities

·University Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related discipline.

· With 6 years of working experience in application development and/or support, and at least 5 years of solid experience in DevOps.

·Minimum 2 years of experience in leading role in medium to large size of projects.

·Hands on experience in Git, Maven, Gradle, Yarn.

·Hands on experience in Jenkins and pipeline development using Groovy.

·Hands on experience in IaC tools and language such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Yaml.

·Hands on experience in artifact repository tools such as JFrog Artifactory, Azure container registry.

·Hands on experience in application security and quality analysing tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, JFrog Xray.

·Good knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps approach.

·Certified in Kubernetes administrator (CKA) with solid experience of provisioning and supporting Kubernetes environments.

·Good knowledge of Kubernetes deployment strategy.

·Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and Kubernetes technologies such as Azure, Docker, Podman, Helm, Argo CD.

·Good knowledge in Window and Linux server.

·Certification in Azure platform such as System Administrator is an advantage.

·Good knowledge of automated test framework and tools such as Junit, Selenium, Cypress, LoadRunner, Ranorex, Playwright is an advantage.

·Experience in Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket is an advantage.

·Strong collaboration skill to work with different parties to deliver DevOps solutions.

·A team player with good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

·Good command of English and Putonghua.

·Willing to travel is a must.

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as DevOps Engineer.

Service Line Overview

KPMG’s Finance Consulting team enables clients to maximize the performance of their Finance function and uses the latest

technology to improve insights for growth and governance. Being the consultant of our Finance Systems team within the wider Finance Consulting team, you will be involved in helping our clients to establish their finance systems strategy and selection, design the target state solution, lead system implementation and integration initiatives, review and revamp process flows and controls with enhanced audit trials, and support post-implementation business process reengineering

activities.

We are looking for talents with an interest in pursuing a management consulting career in the Finance Consulting field. Please see below for the typical types of Oracle Finance Systems projects:

• Oracle function transformations
• Oracle system implementation
• Oracle system architecture diagnosis and design
• Financial control framework design and implementations
• Finance process re-engineering
• Finance function sourcing strategy development and implementation
• Finance data analytics, visualization, and business insights generation
• Finance systems delivery and testing
  
  
  

• Oracle implementations – leading the development team during implementation and post implementation in areas of business process, security and data
• Client delivery – supporting the client through Oracle
• Fusion technical design, configuration and testing during implementation and enable them to optimise their processes and maximise the benefits of the selected system
• Leveraging KPMG’s proven frameworks and methodologies to develop a company’s finance systems strategy and process improvement, including what good looks like for each of the key finance technologies and processes
• Developing technical design documents, application development and build custom reports in Oracle Fusion and cloud-based technology solutions.
• Building integrations using Oracle OCI and other tools to upstream and downstream systems from Oracle Fusion applications
• Working with Module functional consultants in data migration, testing and wider module configurations to target stage design.
• Demonstrating use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
• Implementing process enhancement through digital and robotic technologies
  
  
  

• Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or a large corporation
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion, finance systems, emerging technologies and digital solutions
• Overall 8+ years of related work experience in working on Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Peoplesoft and other Oracle technologies
• 5 years of industry experience as a technical consultant in Oracle ERP solutions with 3 + years in Oracle Fusion cloud applications – GL, AP, AR, FA and / or CM modules
• Have done 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation in the role of a technical lead and / or technical consultant.
• Previous experience as lead and developer during Oracle Fusion implementations, working across
• Strong people manager, able to lead a team of technical consultants onshore and offshore
• Self-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined team
• Ability to liaise with senior Finance and IT stakeholders
• Ability to create and deliver high level presentations and output reviews to senior executives/stakeholders and business managers
• Ability to review and challenge information that has been provided by other team members, ensuring the information is ‘fit for purpose’ and at the right level of granularity
• Ability to perform structured analysis on business models to provide best practice knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Cantonese speaking candidates are preferred
