As a Consultant, you will support the delivery of our programmes, whilst building your career around like-minded professionals that strive to implement market-leading practices for our Hong Kong office. This will involve:

• Participation in projects with leading banks and Financial Institutions.

You are:
A professional who has experience working with Financial Services organisations (including Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, Insurance, Financial Market Utilities, etc.). The work:

• Respond promptly to engagement demands and anticipate critical actions for successful initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property, including improving methodologies, tools, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches.
• Support business development efforts, building understanding of how to architect and position proposals and statements of work.

• Coaching for licensed investment sales staff in investment business
• Join call with licensed investment sales staff to facilitate the investment business
• Execute the bank directive in investment business
• Collaborate with investment product team to support the on-going investment sales activity and product launch
• Support Branch Manager on exploring investment strategy from branch portfolio

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• 8-10 years banking experience in frontline investment business sales/coaching
• Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
• Preferably with CRWP, CFA or CFP qualifications
• Strong sales driven, result-oriented with good communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
