The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK) stands as a flagship Chinese medicine (CM) institution dedicated to advancing Chinese medicine in Hong Kong and is expected to commence operation in phases at the end of 2025.
Established through a public-private partnership, the hospital is being constructed by the government, with HKBU appointed as the contractor in June 2021 through a tendering process. Subsequently, HKBU registered "HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited" as the operator in accordance with the requirements of the service deed, which is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of CMHHK.
A hallmark of CMHHK is its integrated approach, blending Chinese and Western medicine to provide professional patient care. CMHHK will actively engage in various interactions and collaborate with the industry to promote the development of Chinese medicine across Hong Kong, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and international institutions. By sharing resources and expertise, CMHHK aims to advance the standardisation and globalisation of Chinese medicine, opening new directions for future healthcare services.

Executive Assistant (Central Sterile Supplies Unit) - PR
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Central Sterile Supplies Unit (CSSU);
- Organise, coordinate and schedule meeting, programs and activities for the department;
- Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order;
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CSSU, handling inquiries and escalating issues as needed;
- Manage the department stock check and replenishment requests; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A diploma or associate degree in any discipline is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, prior work experience in hospital industry is preferable;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Willing to learn, positive service attitude and result-oriented;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and be a good team player;
- Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded;
- Can work under pressure, be high-efficient, independent and self-motivated;
- Shift duty (AM/PM) is required; and
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
