You will also support company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when needed.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, production houses, PR, marketing agencies to deliver engagement initiatives in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the planning and execution of celebrity engagements and partnerships
- Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency in brand representation across all internal and external communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth execution of brand and sponsorship initiatives
- Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and manage brand marketing budgets
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or related roles
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills

Role Overview
As theStrategic Partnerships & Alliances Lead – Global , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships worldwide, while being based in Europe. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute a global partnership strategy that strengthens our solutions suite, drives long-term growth, and supports our mission to simplify sustainability.
This role will focus on building a diverse ecosystem of partners—including resellers, redistributors, white label collaborators, and high-value referral partners such as global banks and consultancies—serving a wide range of client types including corporates, asset managers, asset owners, banks, and advisory firms. You will also bring deep understanding of sustainability workflows, including supply chain transparency and human rights compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and deliver the global partnerships and alliances strategy.
- Identify new partnership needs based on market trends, client demands, and strategic priorities.
- Target, evaluate, and develop high-impact partnership opportunities across industries and geographies.
Partnership Development & Execution
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Resellers & redistributors to expand reach and market penetration.
- White label partners to enhance and diversify our solutions suite.
- Referral partners , including global banks and consultancies, to drive qualified pipeline and strategic influence.
- Execute partnership agreements and coordinate integration across product, commercial, and operational teams.
- Ensure partnerships are structured for long-term business benefit and aligned with governance guidelines.
Optimization & Transformation
- Continuously evolve and optimize existing partnerships to maximize performance and strategic alignment.
- Proactively identify and address underperforming relationships—transforming or retiring them to avoid leakage and inefficiency.
- Support acquisition integration efforts, ensuring new entities are effectively aligned within the partnership ecosystem.
Client & Market Alignment
- Ensure partnerships are designed to serve key client segments: corporates, asset managers, asset owners, banks, and consultancies.
- Leverage industry expertise insupply chain ,human rights workflows , andsustainability compliance to shape partnership value propositions.
Performance & Financial Accountability
- Achieve financial goals related to partnership-driven revenue, growth, and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within SaaS, sustainability, ESG, or enterprise technology.

- Assist management in formulating and implementing performance management and HR management initiative. This includes designing incentive programs, performance assessments, personnel management, training projects to enhance branch business performance, improve employee management efficiency, and increase productivity.
- Oversee the frontline performance management and mechanism in relation to the Bank’s and local regulatory requirements. Continuously monitor the performance of each distribution channel and the sales performance. Regularly review for enhancement to align with the market practices and overall business objectives, supporting frontline in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Work closely with HR department to provide full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition and deployment, training management, succession planning, rewards and performance management, employee relations and staff retention.
- Establish employee relations and communication channel, effectively manage employee feedback, and handle employee complaints and special cases in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the staff development, monitor the implementation and progress of various measures, recommend for enhancement and implement appropriate solution.
- Consolidate data from various sources regarding frontline staff, perform data cleansing and conduct analysis for management. This includes management information system, compiling and distributing sales performance reports, and analyzing the productivity of the branch network. Provide insights and solutions to staff performance management and development to improve overall work efficiency and productivity
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for the management review.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote and implement the overall performance management and staff development strategies for frontline staff.
- Assist management in formulating and implementing performance management and HR management initiative. - Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with great sense of ownership and responsibility to the assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
