Job Description
As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will lead group-level financial budgeting processes encompassing operating, advisory, investment, and trading businesses. In addition to financial forecasting and analysis, you will handle various Investor Relations activities, portfolio management in multiple subsidiaries, and group-level financial transformation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial budgeting process, coordinating with responsible businesses to align group-level initiatives with local strategies, help identify risks and opportunities, evaluate ROIs of various projects, and prioritize investments
- Be an expert at building financial models and provide data analytics to better understand business conditions, and evaluate the economic implications and trade-offs of various business actions
- Be the trusted partner of subsidiaries and group-level businesses by highlighting performance trends and causes of unexpected variances
- Analyse financial performance from various angles – by products, by channels, and by partners and help the business take proactive actions to scale the business and improve profitability
- Actively provide decision support through continued monitoring of business drivers, industry trends, and competitor benchmarking/analysis
- Periodically and on an ad-hoc basis, provide various financial analysis reports to senior management to facilitate business decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of an overall finance function to drive innovation/automation in reporting, planning, and analysis
- Handle various Investor Relations activities by circulating periodic reports to major investors, and following up on their Q&As
- Take in part in strategic initiatives such as M&A and fundraising activities, including building valuation models, handling due diligence, and being engaged in various strategic discussions
- More than 5 years of work experience in similar roles (FP&A, Corp Dev, IB, strategy/consulting, etc.)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Master/MBA is a plus
- Strong quantitative and effective communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurship mindset
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and set up best practices

About The Role
We are hiring our Legal Counsel—a pivotal and high-impact role for a bold, tech-forward legal professional with deep cryptocurrency and blockchain expertise. This person will provide full-spectrum legal guidance to our executive team and board, helping to scale the business globally while ensuring legal and regulatory excellence in both traditional and digital asset domains. Key Responsibilities
Corporate, Securities & Governance
- Lead all NASDAQ listed company filings and regulatory compliance
- Use AI-powered legal tools like Spellbook, CoCounsel and Harvey to assist with the preparation and filing of SEC documents, reducing turnaround time and improving accuracy
- Oversee comprehensive NASDAQ listing compliance, including ongoing reporting obligations, corporate governance standards, and market maker communications
- Provide strategic legal advice on U.S. securities laws, SOX compliance, and NASDAQ listing requirements, supported by AI-enabled regulatory monitoring and research
- Navigate complex regulatory frameworks for Bitcoin treasury management and cryptocurrency operations, ensuring compliance with evolving digital asset regulations
- Advise on securities law implications of cryptocurrency holdings, payments, and blockchain technology implementations

Strategic Finance & M&A

- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO on strategic financial decisions, including Bitcoin treasury optimization and alpha-generating strategies

- Manage ESOP processes using digital equity platforms, integrating them with automated grant documentation and approval flows
- Structure and manage employee incentive programs

Required Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- LLB or JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in a common law jurisdiction (USA, HK, UK, Singapore, Malaysia); U.S. Bar is a strong plus
- 5–8 years of legal experience, including 3+ years supporting a listed company (preferably NASDAQ or NYSE)
- Minimum 2-3 years of substantial experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset legal matters
- Demonstrated expertise in crypto regulatory compliance, digital asset custody, and blockchain technology legal frameworks

About The RoleThis is a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Hong Kong. Your responsibilities will mirror those of other Full-Time Strategic Finance Associates in the team, including full P&L ownership of at least one of the four North Asian markets: Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, or Japan.
The role reports to the Head of Finance, North Asia Mobility. You will collaborate with the CEO/General Manager, Local and Central Operations, Strategy & Planning, and various other teams, working closely with North Asia, APAC, and Global Mobility Finance teams. This position involves significant P&L ownership.
You will drive strategic analysis and insights to influence decisions on product portfolio, market dynamics, investments, and growth strategies for demand and supply. Additionally, you will assist in setting and achieving targets through forecasting, reporting, and analysis, while fostering financial discipline across initiatives. Opportunities include participating in regional projects and establishing ROI processes for capital allocation.
